United StatesSome hostess staff in restaurants are not very friendly, we don't like the fact that we have to have a reservation for every meal not just for the dinners. The staff that handled our checkout wasn't friendly. He was rude. It looked like we were bothering him. The bathroom smelled like the backflow didn't work.
The location is good, 90% of the staff provided great service, and the food was delicious. The room view was excellent

The only thing is that when we arrived there, my room was on the third floor and not on the first as I had requested, because my mother couldn’t climb stairs, and there were no elevators. so I especially requested the room to be on the first floor.

Czech RepublicI did not like very the rooms the equipment is old looks like they have renovated for several years. The food average. Staff nice and well organized taking into account the number of guests. I thought is rather family hotel but not much things to do for smaller children then just pool, our kids are 3 and 5 years, I would have expect waterslides for this age (there are but for kids 12 years old and more) or some playground or mini golf but nothing like that...just the pools which after 2 days is rather boring.

United StatesNeed update and need to have more Salvadoran options in the food and drink menu… Also have people around the pool to watch out for people belongings because someone stole my bag with my sunscreen, a pair of nike socks and my birthday crown and band 😢 and the personal couldn’t give me answers when I ask for my belongings … I left it under a pool umbrella table and went to the beach when I came back it was gone.. People need to enjoy without worrying to lose the belongings when going to places like this

United StatesThe lack of items in the room. The hairdryer was broken. The shower doors do not cover the entire shower so it makes the floor wet and I have a few mishaps with slippery floors. It’s a hazard. The evening show for families was too sexualized, inappropriate for the kids we took or those with certain religious beliefs - on Holy Week.

I knew we had to book dinner at checkin to ensure we got a table, but the lady that checked us in did not give us an option of where we could dine, and the dinner was disappointing. The shower head in the bathroom looks to not have been cleaned. There was a lot of calcium build-up. The floor in the room seems to not have been mopped. The sheets, while clean, were clearly old and wore. One had a stain and holes. We stayed in 2310 and 2311. The place is not suited for anyone with difficulty walking as they have no ramps or elevators.

United StatesToo many people not enough chairs, bartenders were not happy, had to get up to get your drinks and only one bartender at some bars. Also didn’t like that when I arrived for breakfast I was bombarded by a lady wanting me to go to a presentation for 45 minutes (I’m assuming time shares) and I said no and the next day they were waiting for me outside my door.
The pool, beach, and steak house restaurant. It’s a great place for families.
