Amazing swimming pools, various bars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stunning beach. Good food/breakfast. Loved the pool party vibes - and ended at sensible time so quiet at night. Seemed like mainly locals rather than foreign tourists (which I love!)

I didn’t like that at the front desk they told me that they would help us with our bags and never did. We waited almost 25 minutes outside in the humidity. I asked twice about someone helping with our bags and no one ever came. We ended up taking our suitcases ourselves. The WiFi was not working, so I went to the front desk to let them know, they told me someone would come to our room to fix it and NO ONE ever came. I booked the room for 3 people, there was only 2 towels in the room and no blanket for the second pull out bed. The sink had a bad odor that smelled like something was rotting. I don’t agree with being charged for breakfast when I didn’t request for breakfast. Many places I have stayed at include the breakfast, this place clearly charges you on top of what you are paying for the room without it being an option. ( there is a breakdown in the receipt after the fact of being charged) We didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast that they charged us for the second day since we checked out early. If I would have known this, I wouldn’t have stayed here with my family. I normally don’t complain but we are paying customers so I believe that they need to give these details better attention. I will not be visiting this place again.

I liked that the beach and pool were private. They also had good food at the restaurants.

Due to the rainy season, the room has a dripping wall from the ceiling to the bottom, and I believe they need to work on maintenance of the place; however, other than that I love it, I will be back soon.

The food is good, but the lack of coffee, I believe they need to improve that due of a lot of people love coffee and remember El Salvador is a coffee producer.

The dining experience is simply lacking on all fronts. Overall the food was okay, I’d give it a 7/10 all around; breakfast, lunch and dinner. And although prices in all hotels are typically higher than eating out around town, the value just wasn’t there. Now, the service is what I feel is the biggest let down. The people lack charisma, enthusiasm, and attention. Many times we went almost 30 minutes before getting someone to come to the table. Also, the food takes forever to be made. To top it off, the menu though not small, didn’t quite cater to the tourist.

Cleaning service does an amazing job. It always felt like the room was new to us. The location is decent. I felt always felt safe and it’s not too far from the airport. The property has a nice entrance with plenty of free parking, and security never felt like an issue. Though driving there in the dark is scary due to no street lights. Loved that they had various pool sections for kids and family. They also had a decent game room with pool tables and family games. The property look is beautiful, full points there. Going from the lobby to the pool area is quite a sight. Loved that.

Breakfast was small, had limited options and was not that good in comparison with other places in El Salvador. We enjoyed the lunch and diner menus. We expected more flexibility from the staff when we asked to stay longer the day of our departure.

The beach is amazing and the pools as well. My son is insisting that I must say the Arcade room was great :-) Room was spacious and comfortable.

The beach and pools are really great! The room was very comfortable, very good bed, and ac. It's probably the best option in the area to spend a few nights. The hotel has a huge crew maintaining the property. Breakfast was good at the hotel, but lunch and dinner menu tasted bland, but it was passable for a few days. You need a car if you want to get out to eat, no restaurant or supermarket within walking distance. Suggest arranging for a return pickup if you take an Uber from the capital or airport. Uber has no service here. The taxis out front were charging double rate. This area is underdeveloped right now.

Wonderful location! There could have been more options for food but what we did order tasted really good. The beds were comfortable but a little high for the kids. Wishing there was a drink/food package but other than that, the location and the pools were amazing. Needed more towels but when we asked, they gave us more. We will be coming back!

Service was sometimes slow, but it was busy.

There were a lot of nice areas to chill out and the room was modern. The food was good also. They held fantastic entertainment for nye- it completely exceeded my expectations. Wifi worked fine too.
