We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe truth is I liked everything. The only thing that could be helpful is that you have to bring a good car if you come from far away to visit El Salvador... for this area since the road has many potholes.
The rooms are simple but very comfortable. They have everything you need. The air conditioning works perfectly.

United StatesI did not like I have to drive 2km of dirt road full of potholes. not a comfortable ride. Im not much of a beach goer but the beach was dirty. I don't know who is responsible to clean the front beach but if it is the hotel they not doing a great job. empty plastic bottles and bear bottles right in front of the hotel.
I like the staff. they were good.
