Electricity and water were gone for good 8-10 hours. The pool was close at night and before I left at noon it was being cleaned. When water came back I was about to leave and water was coming out very slow.

I liked everything about the property: rooms, parking,staff, service.

The rooms are large and spacious. The bathroom layout was interesting, with the toilet, sink, and shower each in separate spaces. The air conditioning worked very well, and the staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Dinner orders were taken around 6pm—possibly due to it being low season, though I'm not sure if that's always the case. Since restaurants are a bit far to walk to after dark, it’s a good idea to eat early or plan ahead. The hotel is slightly outside of town. The nearby beach is more suited to surfing than relaxing—it’s not particularly sandy. There are three pools on the property; we preferred the larger one as it was great for swimming lengths. This was just a one-night stop for us. We wouldn’t have stayed longer without our own transport, as the location is a bit isolated.

If you want to visit beaches, you will probably have to drive, the local beach didn't seem that great.

Cute property with trees, nice little gardens, and pools. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We only stayed for one night, but it was a good place to stay not far from the airport.

This was not the fault of the proprietors and it was otherwise quiet, but you could hear dogs barking in the distaince in the middle of the night.

Our stay here was brief but the property and the restaurant were attractive, colorful, full of plants and wellkept. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful identifying a dependable and awesome driver for a 5 a.m. drive to the airport which relieved my stress!

This is a little Oasis in La Libertad with a beautiful beach 2 mins away. Rooms are super spacious. Delicious breakfast and full menu. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel/restaurant in your next stay. Extremely safe, clean and AC. Though I didn't use the pools, they looked pretty well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the owner “Carmen” was very pleasant and kind. The food was delicious and the place was clean and quiet. We will definitely comeback!

There were some mosquitoes, but this is to be expected in a hot humid climate, not the fault of the hotel. Be careful to close the door quickly so that you prevent mosquitoes from coming in.

They had 3 pools with one being shallow to the third one being the deepest one. I enjoyed the chicken with jalapenos for dinner including the rice and potato salad. The host and the staff were gracious and helpful as the host informed me of the bus that I can take to downtown La Libertad and Sunset Park area that was around a 8 minute walk from the hotel (including the walk to the main road). The main road also had locals selling fruits and veggies. The bus ride to La Libertad itself was $0.25. I could have walked 30 minutes into town, but it was incredibly hot and humid. It was also a 20 minute Uber ride from El Tunco, the touristy beach town. The hotel is very close to the beach, but the waves were much too strong for me since I could not swim, so the 3 pools they had was perfect. Most people go to El Tunco to do their surfing. My room was cozy but had AC and separate bathroom and shower.
