The decor. Its close to the beach. My sister paid extra for the birthday package ( champagne, cake, balloons) and it was so cute. The property is clean and updated. It has all the amenities needed. I really loved our stay there.

Beware of the moped kids they don't care! They weave in and out of traffic on both sides. Nothing negative about the resort

The views are amazing from the 7th floor and up! Highly recommend renting a car at the airport or surrounding the airport. The resort is 5 minutes from Maho beach and Simpson Bay. The American breakfast is fantastic, it was included in our stay, would not pay the 19 for it though. The staff is awesome! All of them! Would definitely stay here again! It was our first time staying in St. Maarten. Highly recommend Jax Steakhouse! Top 5 steaks I've ever had! Side note, when people asked where we were staying and we said the Fourteen(that's what it's actually called) people were really excited to hear about it like it was the Taj Mahal, Lol so it made us feel good about the resort!

Amazing location on the beach and walkable to many restaurants. We had slight difficulty checking in with the front desk staff; however, our host was so responsive and kind, and he immediately arrived to correct the situation, so it's still 10/10 for me.

The water pressure in bathroom is TERRIBLE!! Shower and bathroom sink both had very little water coming from them. And I don't like the fact that it states clearly ADULTS ONLY but there are children staying there. The beach towels are paper thin, more like a t-shirt.

Pillows were hard and lumpy , and bed was ok . The other suite we stayed in was more comfortable . Not a fan of the red and black decor, but thats irrelevant:). But it was a great layout and beautiful property.

We were there just one evening due to travel plans changing and watched the sunset from the beach in the provided chairs (nice). We didn’t even think of it while there, but I don’t believe there were beach towels provided. If we were there longer we would have found that desirable. Also, while everything was clean I did see just pin spots of mold around the shower caulk areas. Easy fix.

We didn't have any laundry pods and it was difficult to get a hold of management, because it was a sunday. When I booked I should have picked the room with a balcony - they all face the beach. Our unit was a corner one and had 2 views - little bit of a beach on one side and a lot of casinos on the other. We were on the 7th floor so it wasn't noisy.

Beautifully appointed spacious apartment which has everything you need to make your stay great! The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful, the laundry in the unit was a great bonus, there was even beach chairs and umbrella for us to use, which was great. Great location 2 min walk to a beautiful beach.

We stayed in the beautiful #802. Fantastic views, and uniquely furnished with tasteful accent pieces that make this unit one of a kind. Our host manager, Emmanuel, went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, even though he was definitely stressed having to deal with a couple of emergencies. Mullet Bay beach and the Mullet Bay Suites are top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our only complaint was the rock hard pillows.

Location was great. The facility was very clean and modern. The pool area was exceptional. Very close to fine restaurants, bars, beaches, grocery stores, and breakfast spots. Right across the street from Mullet Bay Beach and Kalatua Beach Bar and Restaurant.
