CanadaOverall washrooms smell and hard to flush, and the washroom in our room needs a sliding door to close while showering. The water flushes everywhere and the washroom always wet. Stuffs are working hard but I find they don’t put enough stuffs.
The scenery, the beach, close to the airport, and the fact that we see the planes landing is so cool.

United Arab EmiratesBeach front restaurant food was a bit disappointing, meals were overcooked, poorly constructed, and lacked taste (I had jerk chicken that tasted more like a stew and a well-overdone burger) and no kid friendly menu options at all the a-la carte restaurants. Lack of a 24-hour snack/small eats station. There was a foul stench, not sure if this was due to surroundings or the water.
Location (hotel and shops in vicinity), beach, pool, daily buffet, vibes, warm and helpful front desk staff during the day. We got in early at 11 am, and the team there - tried their best to get us in our rooms around 2pm, honestly I think this was a great effort, and all the facilities were available to us while we waited. We enjoyed the food in most of the restaurants, buffet, pizza, Italian, and Asian options were really good. We didn't visit the Tavern, but the drinks from the pool bar were professionally mixed. Not sure how the hotel management did it, but everyone was friendly.

GermanyNo flexibility at the front desk. If you need to extend the stay for a day, you have to check out at 11 a.m. and back in at 4 p.m. - my colleague even got the very same room, I had to wait and had to move. I booked AND PAID 2 days, left after 1 day, but came back one hour later because of a cancelled flight. They gave me a lower room category without seaview and charged 240 $ additional fee on top of the prepaid room (booking.com) because I had a different (albeit lower) room category. Brain dead. Our whole team talked to several front desk staff, even the manager - they wouldn’t give me the room unless I paid for the same night again! N.B. For business reasons, I was there the 4th time in 6 weeks - and stayed there multiple times in the last years.

United KingdomThe rooms were quite dated and the beds very small for 2 people. Some staff were incredibly rude and off-hand, almost making you feel bad for being there - the guy in the Palms bar and the supervisor in the coffee shop were particularly bad.
the food although limited in choice was of a very good quality and tasted good. Drinks choice was ok. The beach was lovely and the grounds overlooking the ocean were very nice. Room housekeeping were very good. Some of the staff were amazing, Alexandra in the Palms bar especially and Pattie in the Italian restaurant.

United StatesOne thing I did not like at all was that my sheets were not changed for TWO days. On day two I had to go to the front desk and ask them to take care of it. Also, I liked the bathroom but the shower .. if you didn’t position the shower head properly all of the water would end up on the floor (there’s no shower door, I’m not complaining but people should know).
Breakfast was actually really good no issues there. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Drinks on drinks on drinks , of course I liked that. The excursions on the island was for sure my favorite part about it. The nightlife was fun too .

Trinidad and TobagoThe pool smelled like my turtle's aquarium when its extremely dirty i.e. like a sewer. The drinks were weak and proportions were terribly off.
Food options were great! Nice variety and tasty. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily. Daily activities are plentiful and exciting for adults and kids. Staff were all very pleasant, accommodating and resourceful. Proximity to the airport to view plane landings was fascinating.

United StatesThe friendliness of the staff was lacking. It wasn't a welcoming vibe. I would have liked a hotel shuttle to and from the airport since it's literally steps away.
I liked that it was all inclusive. The fresh smoothie station during breakfast was a hit. The staff at the Italian restaurant did a great job making my son's birthday special with a birthday dessert with a candle and sang for him. The shower pressure in the room was great.
