Everything! Beautiful Villa with spectacular views! Loved the costal decor in the Villa! The beach was the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen. Clean white soft sand and crystal clear turquoise water! Beautiful pool area also! Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

I loved everything, no negatives.

It was very spacious and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was friendly. View from large balcony was outstanding. We felt spoiled. Double closet. Large bathroom including hand held shower. Almost private elevator. Proximity to shops and restaurants.

Beach front. Very relaxing vibe vs. stress of all inclusives/large resorts. Location to all Grace Bay restaurants, etc. The staff is outstanding.

Villa Renaissance was phenomenal! Well maintained, clean, inviting and all staff were professional and friendly. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful villa and room with friendly staff. Very spacious and comfortable and right on a beautiful beach. There are no activities or restaurants on site however we are within walking distance of everything. There is a bar by the pool.

The heat

The room was very comfortable and loved the vaulted ceilings, made it feel much bigger. Also the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and updated. Loved the screened in balcony. Overall a great unit.

Next time booking in time to get a beachfront villa.

We enjoyed room 502, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Enough space for our girls trip of 4. The room came equipped with a cooler and grocery cart. The Hotel was equipped with free bikes and beach floats. We will definitely stay here again. The Hotel staff was exceptional in helping us book excursions and make dinner reservations. The also had a driver ready to take us EVERYWHERE. Our concierge was the absolute best!!

Our keyless touch pad entry stopped working on the first night and locked us out of our room. Fortunately we got a key for the entire time we were there but management failed to fix this issue over the course of the week

It is a quiet spot. There is no restaurant on property but there is a small bar located next to the pool. I thought of it more as a BYOB place which actually ended up saving us more money.

Great quiet spot. Comfortable area. Very safe and secure. Beautiful set up. The pool is nice though it is located inside the complex versus beachside. The fitness center was adequate though small. The staff were very helpful. The beachfront chairs and umbrellas were great.

There was no breakfast included in our stay as there is no proper restaurant on site - just the bar and snacks - which we knew in advance. Property was a boutique hotel / time share set up so quiet and easy access to beach. Staff were friendly.

The biggest surprise and downfall of our stay we're the mosquitos. They were in our room, in the hallway, could barely use the balcony because of them. My wife's birthday dinner at Graces Cottage was ruined and we had to leave because we could not eat outside. Very, very disappointed with something that can be more actively be monitored and controlled

The staff, architecture, drinks, food, cleanliness and attentiveness was excellent.
