Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe had problems with the cable TV and could not get any reception and it was not fixed during our stay. The bathroom door does not shut properly, and needs to be fixed.
The hotel was situated just off the highway. The rooms are nice, small but clean. The air-conditioning worked very well. And a roof top terrace bar and restaurant. Had a very lovely breakfast. The staff and Manager ( Ms. SESSOU ), at Grace Lodge Hotel were very nice and helpful. The Night view at the roof top bar was very nice.

SwitzerlandPoor breakfast, the room wasn’t clean the day I arrived. The hotel is near a smelly water retention. And the bathroom has a funny smell, the air vent is noisy. The mattress is too soft I had back pain due to that. No night stand in the room.
