Amazing location, superb link to bts and metro. Big clean apartment with everything provided,swimming pool,etc and staff were very polite and helpful.

Honestly, I can't think of any.

I stayed there with family (mom, my siblings, and my nieces) and we all loved the property, particularly that it's a stone's throw from our favourite mall, Terminal 21, and two train lines were literally just a few steps away. Shoutout to Caleb from reception who was very reliable and cheerful, as well as the female staff (sorry i forgot to ask her name) who helped us with directions to a certain place we asked.

The apartment is in a fantastic location next to the Skytrain and blue metro line, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious, and the staff was responsive and very friendly. We did get free water every day which was much appreciated. This is a great place from which to explore Bangkok!

Android media box is incredibly old (software is from 2017 and can't be updated). Shower head needs servicing or replacement - water sprays in all directions. Sofa bed is cheap and not comfortable to sit on.

Location is very close to BTS. Room cleaners did a great job; front desk staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Apartment is equipped with all necessities.

The sofa in the apartment was not as per the pictures of the apartment we booked and not suitable for a family, this was disappointing (see pictures of actual v advertised for comparison). The pool is underwhelming and the gym is a weights bench in the reception area (see picture)

The apartment was clean, well located near Terminal 21 and a decent size for a family of 5.

Beds were a bit hard

Great location - opposite Terminal 21 shopping centre and Asok BTS. Staff were very helpful with organising transfers to and from airport. Daily housekeeping which did a wonderful job. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which had a double bed and single bed in each room which was perfect for families

The shower - it was nearly impossible to set and maintain comfortable water temperature. Moreover, the hand shower had really small holes what resulted in very high pressure of water coming out of it (almost painful). If you decreased the pressure, the water temperature changed even more often.

WiFi worked well. The speed was satisfying. Also, the apartments are really very close to Blue Line MRT (subway) and green BTS (skytrain) stations. Shopping center is on the opposite side of the street.

The location was great being very close to the metro and lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was well appointed with the kitchen meaning we could eat in when we didn't fancy going out.

All was good. I wasn't blown away by the interior and it was a little basic but it was more than satisfactory and for the price it was excellent

Great location. Easy to get around to all the attractions by BTS, MRT or grab Taxi. 2 large bedrooms with 1 large and 1 single bed in each. Would definitely recommend for the size and location. Good staff too!

The only downside for us was the pool is very small but for the price of the accommodation we can't complain.
