Location is something to be aware of, with a family everything is a taxi, only resort restaurants walking distance.

Great place, really clean and comfortable, the people here are very private, the residents and other guests did not make any loud noises, everyone respects their neighbors’ privacy. Great location, too, you can easily walk out to the beach to do sunbathe or watch sunset. Not to mention the swimming pool access room (also jacuzzi) on the 1st floor, we love it!!! There’s even a gym, for those who wants to burn some calorie during the stay and a massage stall right at the beach. Also, you can call nearby local restaurants, they also do deliveries to Baan Mai Khao and there are two 7-eleven nearby and they are not too far (by car or by motorcycle). Lastly, the host, Marcus & Kazuko are very nice, they always promptly answer to your inquiries. All and all, we will definitely come back :)

The reception staff was very rude and not very helpful with assisting with taxis or the buggy that takes you around the local shops You are kind of in the middle of nowhere so there’s nothing walking distance and taxis are hard to get so there’s hotel shuttle would have been great if it was a little more easier to get but it was quite difficult to get and organise it wasn’t as often as the other hotels as we could see them coming and going all the time

This place is absolutely incredible, and Marcus and Kazuko are truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever met. The location, just 100m from the beach, is perfect, and the apartment is thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a tranquil, home-like retreat on the quieter side of Phuket.

The taps in the shower in the smaller bathroom is difficult to set to warm shower. The location is far from tourist attractions. No cleaning service during the stay.

The reception staff was passive and less than helpful when we encountered problems at the check-in. Even the security guards were more proactive and helpful than the reception staff.

The tranquility and exclusivity, along with the splendid view and excellent facilities, were among the key attractions. The owner was also very helpful.

there wasn't really anything that I didn't like. but for those who are looking for night life you will probably have to travel a bit.

this is a nicely designed and well maintained two bed room apartment with good space for a family of four. Visitors will find everything they could need. The host is responsive and provided a useful house manual. the compound is really nice and has pools accessible at your doorsteps besides the wonderful beach. Highly recommended for families or people who are looking for long stays to work from a peaceful and fun place.
