Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Many older parts of the hotel still need work and upkeep. Things are well used and there are maintenance issues at times. Noisy air conditioner…
Our cleaning lady always tried to clean our room very well and satisfy our needs. Room is cleaned well.

This is just scratching the surface , but would have like a table and chair on the balcony , also rooms need a little update .
The staff were very friendly and helpful , very pleasant stay , rooms were large , although a little old and out dated , but for the price , very good value . Cleaned every day , water and clean towels , Lisa on front desk always greeted you with a smile and a hello , it was a very nice stay , and defiantly will stay there again . Thank you Admiral for a very nice 3 weeks .

They did not provide breakfast in the facility and if someone wants breakfast they have to go to their other facility. They lacked room service.

Overall, the place is great.. the only issue was the wifi speed was horrible. The shower also needs a bit of twiddling before you get the hot/cold ratio correct.
This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel room is reasonably large with a bed and table and a kitchenette. It is in a fantastic location very near to many good restaurants, massage places and other good hotels like Marriott Marquis. It is also 1-2 km from Asok which has great nightlife. The bed was quite clean and spiffy.

Bit dated and in need of a refit. Gym equipment is not working.
Our go-to place to stay in Bangkok. Excellent location, large comfortable bed and pillows. Staff are attentive. Special mention for Zen, who always makes us feel very welcome. Brilliant value for money.

Decor is a little dated
Room was very spacious and kitchen part was well equipped. Proper bath and a couple of spaces for writing. Also liked the coin operated laundry. I found I did not need the drier as the clothes rack on the balcony did the job.

The room I stayed at Admiral Suites was very comfortable and quiet. The location is very accessible to shops and the venue of the workshop I attended. I didn't avail of breakfast.

No usb plug for charging and limited drinking water available. Need to self address on this issue which can be quite unpleasant

The hotel has seen better days. Pool was way smaller than it looks in the picture.
Breakfast buffet was great, box breakfast not good. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The property does not have a in-house kitchen, which is the major disadvantage as you have to go out for your food, and that is difficult if you are tired after travelling during daytime.

Everything was old and run down. The gym didn't really have any working facilities but was a good cool space to work out. The location has very few good restaurants around. More massage places.

The location is ideal as there is a 7-11 across the street and many restaurants on that street. The staff was wonderful to work with, as although the place is quite old to most hotels, the staff made up in being accommodating and polite
