Reception staff was not welcoming. They kept us waiting for long.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Room top swimming pool was awesome.

Poor internet service, food was very sub par, hotel would not allow 180 baht room service to be charged to the room and paid when u get ur deposit back, demanded cash payment to the staff that brought the food up.

Had to change rooms possible bed bugs after being bitten towards the end of the holiday, not just my room I understand probably issues with laundry cleaning

far away from sites so needed to arrange transport for most things. internet very poor and was told too many users. asked about hop on/off bus and where i could catch it after seeing it pass hotel daily to be told it was an arranged trip only and had to be booked. for a large hotel was surprised no bar open on an evening to sit and chill. hotel seemed to be a stop over for indian tourist groups daily and reception area was always very busy and loud with vast groups waiting for coaches

decent size room. very clean. breakfast was ok. staff friendly especially young man on reception at breakfast wirh the biggest welcome.

Rooms were in need of updating as the wallpaper in our room was peeling in corners over bed. The wardrobe door did not open fully as it caught on the door mechanism. The room was above the nearby road so very noisy at night and busy night and day.

Comfortable bed, close to bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was mixed but the omelettes were good. There are 3 pools on the roof tops of each of the 3 buildings. Not many beds and even less cushions. But full sun if you want it.

Gym was very small Lot of indian people. They are loud, rude and untidy.

The check-in staff didn't look friendly and seemed a bit stressed, focus was highlighting the penalty for smoking and breaking hotel property, there is an itemized price list in the room if you damage hotel property but no food menu, that was a surprise but I guess it's due to past experience hotel mgt had with bad travellers

Good location outside of busy area, 5 minutes walk to seven eleven shop, few restaurants, good massage places and pubs just next door, 10-20 minutes taxi to Pattaya beach and famous walking street, easy access to raxis, room size was good and bathroom was bigger than most, clean room, breakfast was good but somewhat limited

It was clean and for the price it was reasonable. Staff need to taught to converse in English.

It was satisfactory but no iron provided. We were attending a wedding.

I had two reservations, the first part was the cheap small room and the second part was with a view and larger room, however when it was time to switch room, they told me I had to stay in the same room as before. I needed to speak with the manager to get it fixed and even he tried to convince me to stay in the cheap room even though I already paid for the room with a good view. I didn't get the room I booked but at least I got a better one than the first one I got

The room flooring was not clean when we enter the room for the 1st time, I had to request staff 3 times to get it cleaned and wasted 2 to 3 hours time for it. Looks like the bed sheet and pillow covers were not changed prior to our stay and we had to request to change them

We had a cake and when requested for a cutlery was told that need to order food and then only cutlery will be provided.

The rooms provided was renovated probably so paint smell can be felt. Room on another floor was nice and clean.

All the time every night came in new groups of other clients at late night from travel companies and was loud and noisy while sleep because everything in the room is possible to hear what happens in floor and walls was thin even neighbor rooms was able to hear what happens there.Breakfest wasnt good because all the time the same and small offer.
