Safe not secured at all. Far to many Indians and Chinese in the breakfast room

The safety deposit box needed locking in the cabinet and not loose noisy rooms on the front although not hotels fault. Seemed to have coach pull in every morning either Chinese or Indians completely took over the breakfast not good at all

Soundproofing in the apartment is not so good. Some moldy smell always when entering the room. Probably in the air conditioning. The lighting buttons were very modern and nice, but main button was lighting blue during all night just straight near our heads. Breakfast “not bad but not fantastic” for 5 stars. Other things are very fine.

The staff are useful and very friendly. The facilities are not so new, but tidy and clean. Rooms always cleaned well. Design made in traditional art way. Good lighting. Big bath. Location is suitable for walking to many different places. Parking.

Required to improve Breakfast menus by Aiyara palace. Bathroom tub water is leaking always.Required to improve guest comments and to keep the things for the guest very safe manner.

The Breakfast was very limited and regularly same menu. Needs to be added Indian food or continental and also vergietarian is very less option, the food such as bread, jams, Breakfast hall we have noticed there are lots of flies and I would like to suggest to ensure all food is appropriately covered and serve with beter hygiene to the guest.

Somethings were not clean in room and there was no slippers. Also they merged two single beds to make them look like a double bed.

Thai Breakfast is good but for western breakfast was decent but don’t have fries bacon.😅

Good location, next to the main road. A few minutes walk to Terminal 21, few step to 7-11, massage and lot of bar and restaurants. Very clean and big room and attached bath tub, good water strength. but the bed is too soft for me.

Breakfast was a bit boring, the koi fish looked sad , the water was too shallow and they just looked bored , looks cruel . There was a large rat in the garden out front .

Elevator only 1 lane, But so big issue. Almost good hotel.

The hotel is misleadingly advertised as a 5-star property on Booking.com, but in reality, it is only a 3-star hotel. Had I been aware of this beforehand, I would have chosen a different accommodation. The amenities were severely lacking—basic necessities such as slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste were not provided, and the minibar was entirely unstocked. The disparity between the advertised rating and the actual experience is unacceptable and disappointing.

The staff at Aiyara Hotel were polite and well-mannered. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth and easy, which made things convenient during my stay.

Shower in the bath not good for old people very dangerous in the bath needs desperately updating and the breakfast needs more verity !!!! The staff need to keep the food more stocked when customers come down early and go then the food should be replaced but the 5 days we stayed it wasn’t!!! Also the quality of the bread needs changing also brown bread would be good for variety!!!
