The food was overpriced for the quality and always got delivered when it was cold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , renting a scooter was no problem , especially Fern and Aye were really helpful in providing information and making our stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

The resort is pretty new. Some improvement could be made. 1. Appreciate if extra coffee, teas, sugar can be provided in the room. Only 2 coffee capsules were given daily. It would be nice to have tea bags as well. 2. The cafe / restaurant can be improved. As this resort is located far away from town, it would be nice to have restaurants open to cater for late night dining. 3. Just a note for elderly people or anyone using wheelchairs, there are many steps to the villa, so required climbing up and down a bit if your villa located at different levels.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Quiet and peaceful but far from the main attractions. Nevertheless, it was easy to get Grab to move around, so it wasn't a big deal. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐬 : Very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff especially Pokpak and Anna were very helpful. They arranged extra blankets and helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 & 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭: The menu offered is quite acceptable. Both Thai and international foods are offered. 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦: Exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The room is sound proof, so you won't hear any noises when the doors are closed. The pool is maintained well and clean. Some deposit is required upon check in, which is refundable. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 : Good service by everyone in the resort. They message us daily to check if any breakfast or dinner is required. They also arrange the room cleaning service timing according to our preference.

The location for those who want to visit the city a lot may not be the best, but remember that this place is a hideaway like it states in the name

My wife and I stayed our first 3 nights of our honeymoon in Phuket at AKRA and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff is very warm and kind and attended to all our needs 24/7 through their WhatsApp service. For our next visit to Phuket I will be staying at their resort for sure. the location is far away from the activities, but it is known beforehand. Recommend to have a sun umbrella at the terrace.

We liked this place so much! Great service, great staff (very kind of them), great facilities. Our unit is located in the first line, so even greater view and privacy. The rooms are well managed, all new and clean, we slept well and the kids are not willing to leave after just 2 nights... we will definitely come back

Location is a bit far from everything. And seems like the housekeeping team keeps the doors open when cleaning, I found a gecko and some insects when we got back, given that everything was perfect before they came in

- The pool is a bit cold and doesn't have a heater. The lower floor is quite smaller than the top floor. - there is no spa,no other facility only cafe and dining in restaurant.

The villa was perfect, and I really liked the modern style; it was quite nice. he menu is very limited, but the dishes were delicious. I tried most of them. The villa is located on a mountain full of trees and plants, so you can expect mosquitoes and insects.
