Amazing stay, beautiful views, bungalows decorated with great taste

They don't have alcohol in the restaurant (but we knew that, and there's bars, beach and a 7/11 5 minute walk). Also, the restaurant has not very comfortabel chairs and it can take a long time for the food to come.

Wow, what a lovely place. The rooms are just beautifully and so tastefully decorated. First we rented a bungalow with private pool, but that's a bit further from the main location and the beach. So we decided to go for a normale bungalow near the (shared) pool. It was so beautiful. The views: just stunning. Monkey's came round all the time!

We went in low season so seemed very quiet but was also nice.

Our room was so cosy and comfortable, the pool area was comfortable and the location was nice for a quiet few days. There are some really nice local restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance to the beach.

The shower was either boiling hot or freezing. Pool area looked a bit run down but I think that could just be because of the season and they were updating. But definitely worth visiting for a relax

Stunning location. Room was immaculate and had gorgeous views. Comfy bed. The pool surroundings were also stunning. The staff were so so lovely as well. We stayed during rainy season so the island is very quiet. We found not everything was open, but there were some good restaurants that were open. It is also quite difficult to get around the without hiring a scooter. A lot of the tours however include pick up for example. Just some things to consider if visiting during the wet season. But of course nothing to do with the hotel.

Breakfast changed halfway through our holiday to a less choice option. This was unexpected.

The pool has fantastic views. A family of around 25 monkies came out of the forest and walked through the pool area on our last day. It was such a special thing to see ,we will always remember the experience. They were very peaceful, relaxed and happy.

Housekeeping happened quite late in the day (room tended not to be ready before 3pm each day).

The resort had beautiful grounds with stunning landscapes. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (and view) were amazing. Very well located, a short walk to the beach, it gave us a chance to enjoy the beauty of the island while avoiding the crowds.

Our villa had no hot water which we told staff several times. Also, room not cleaned for 2 days and downstairs gets excessively hot due to room design. These issues would not stop us from returning.

Position was very good, staff very friendly and beautiful pool with panoramic views.

The location on the island wasn’t the best for us. Although the beach was nearby, there were only two restaurants in the area, and it was quite far from the port and most excursion pick-up points. Next time, I’d probably choose something a bit further north on the island. Of course, that’s not the resorts’s fault – everyone has different preferences, but it’s something to keep in mind.

The villa was perfectly fine – clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a nice terrace to relax on. The pool was also great and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

The restaurant on premise is not good.

The place is beautiful! The little family bungalows are well built, with fans & AC, the whole area is well taken care of, the pool is super nice with a beautiful view. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, and can organize basically anything. The location is walkable to the beach and a few decent restaurants.

Breakfast is not so complete in terms of more Mediterranean options. They don't have refrigerated things like milk, yogurts and no ice. They also don't have oat milk.

The hotel is in an amazing location, in a very relaxed area and close to one of the best beaches in Koh Lanta. The beach has a bar with a fire show every night at 20:30. The villas are gorgeous and very comfortable with AC, a fan, Netflix, hairdryer. The view is beautiful and the rooms are full of light. The pool is perfect and they provide beach/pool towels.

Had to buy our own water everyday but they do give you 2 small complimentary bottles each day. Not awful just a faff! The bathroom area gets very hot as there’s no fan or AC down on that level.

We loved the hut accommodation, so much space with the underneath hammock area. Pool area is stunning and so cheap for what you get. The bedroom was comfy and great to have AC and a fan.

Breakfast was very basic. Nowhere to go on foot besides the Kantiang beach.

Very nice rooms. You can see the beach from the pool. Staff helpful. You can rent cheap motos from the hotel and you probably will because the location is a bit far from everything else and taxis are pricey. Good choice to book day trips from the reception as we got a decent discount compared to the offer on the tour operators website.

We stayed on Klong Nin prior to this. We discovered this area one night on moped. Sunset bars around here are gorgeous especially cliff restaurant, and Kung Fu bar. So we decided to stay for 5 nights. Location is great, gorgeous beaches, the national park and there are so many restaurants and bars walking distance. Drunken Sailors is b good. Great hotel for the price you pay. Gorgeous infinity pool and mango smoothies are yum. Lovely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The grounds are immaculately kept. The rooms are v spacious, and lovely split level vibe with an outdoor terrace and hammock. Little thing was that the rooms are so hot, they are wood and in the baking sun all day. So unless the curtains are permanently closed and aircon permanently on the room never cools down. The downstairs bathroom area has no aircon and is constantly boiling.

The whole resort could benefit from a major renovation. It left us the feeling that the hotel had been great many years ago and that today it was leaving from its past glory. A few guests that had been in the hotel many years ago commented just that.

The rooms have more charm in person than in pictures. Also the location is great! Overall the hotel was a pleasant and positive experience but nothing extraordinary!

We stayed in the cheaper hut and one of the ones more pricey further up the hill with a better view. The cheaper rooms have a curtain for shower and bathroom which isn't ideal and the ones that are more luxury suit had doors but we found the drains stinky. Not a deal breaker but the smell made it feel less luxury with door or not.

The location is super peaceful and staff were really helpful and friendly. We loved the jungle vibe aesthetic. The bed's are super comfy and the personal hut hammock was a nice touch! The pool was great and it was nice having ice-cream/coffee/juices all readily available. You can arrange laundry cleaning and rent a mopeds. It's all nice tbh!

I've stayed there several years. Breakfast has gotten worse. I'd also recommend that rather than giving new plastic bottles of water every day, to put a 5 ltr refillable jug in each room that people can fill their small containers with Plastic pollution is destroying the world. This is a very simple small solution.
