Slightly noisy area but definitely quieter than other places, the bathroom needed a little work to make it appear much nicer, however it was clean. Oh, and the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall when used, it was lucky it didn't break...

The staff were very friendly and lovely. The room was very clean and tidy with effort put into the towel display. The facilities were very good and the location of the shops etc. was very useful.

Wasn't very impressed with the shower. Good pressure and hot water but i like a shower that showers me from the top, not at a horizontal angle while spraying the towels and my laundry with water.

Great location, close to the market and only a short ride to Bangla Rd.

The out of gas aircon. But it got solved within minutes.

After being on the streets for almost 24 hours, we requested an early check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and happiness all over. The host was exceptional, and when asked for assistance, we were helped. The host went out of her way to help us when the (out of gas) aircon was reported.

No person was at the reception for most of the day. No intercom number to contact reception. There were no soap, handwash, shampoo , etc in the washroom.

The room was decent with good AC. The location is very good, very close to Patong Beach and Bangla walking street.

Everything no equipment there was no tv they bring it after nothing was clean the bed sheet was dirty till I request to change so I can sleep the room was smelling horrible no amenities the cups for the coffe was dirty but that dirty for ages horrible experience the lady was humble but doesn’t worth the amount that they took I do not recommend at all I’m so disappointed it was my first night in Thailand but No a big No careful photos are a big lie reality is another level

I could not wait to get out of there, the elevator and reception are disgusting. The staff speak zero English. No hairdryer in the room, had to request for it. They did not have international adapters for plugs so charging my phone was an issue and the owner laughed when I complained about it, but the reception lady did lend me her charger eventually. The whole place felt gross. I will never come back here.

The sanitary conditions are really worrying. The online pictures don't match the actual feelings. The facilities in the room are old and the sheets are black. I'm sure the bedding has been washed because of the fragrance, but the stains that can't be washed off are really disgusting. It is suggested that the hotel should renovate the bedding and facilities, and the hygiene of the front desk and the first floor of the hotel needs better maintenance.

I'm not satisfied with everything except the location, but I'm a man of my word. Even if I didn't charge my room rate in advance, I shouldn't break the contract and return the bill.

Our AC unit was changed on the 2nd day of the stay, and unfortunately it was worse than the one that was in there, leading to a very hot and sticky night! As it was late, there was nobody to tell at the time.

The Wardrobe was weary and had termites inside. Both the safes were not working. Washroom did not have any partition for Shower. The curtains don't cover the Room privacy totally. The room was in a average condition. There wasn't anything Fascinating about the Room, it's okay just to sleep at night.
