The service was excellent in all areas; there is nothing to complain about.

We had a large corner room with lounge access on one of the upper floors, and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast selection is highly recommended. The rooftop bar and pool offered spectacular views over Bangkok, including the King Power Mahanakhon. Special thanks to Naomi for making our stay so enjoyable.

As other people have said - elevators very very slow. Waited up to 5-10 mins at times. Not a big deal if not in a hurry but a bit frustrating. Food drinks expensive (especially up at the pool bar) but that’s to be expected.

Location was central - everything you need is close by, but easy to find a station to catch trains or use Grab. Staff at reception very helpful, always happy to assist with bags. We made an incorrect booking and arrived a day early so they were able to book our same room for an extra night and at a great deal. The room was huge- lots of natural light, storage space. Shower was amazing.

The swimming pool area is a bit tiny for the amount of people, but maybe we just went in a rush hour. I mean mostly the amount of tables and seats available.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, really worth a stay. The staff is polite, we got a nice upgrade and the view from the room was really amazing. I wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Thank you so much! ❤️

My room had so much space and amazing lighting from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the area. The view I had from the room and the clean environment made my stay interesting. I was also happy with how welcoming and cheerful the staff members were. The rooftop and the pool also had an interesting view and design which was beautiful. Although I didn’t get to swim as it wasn’t private due to the bar facing the pool. However been there and taking in the sights was very nice.

Rooms were cleaned late afternoon, just as we were intending to relax before going back out for the evening. The cleaning staff were lovely but mostly we ended up declining to have our room refreshed as the timing was so inconvenient. One of the lifts was out of order during our whole stay, making for long waits at busy times. There is no longer a free shuttle to the nearest BTS/MTR, although Amara used to have this service. Lastly, the price of food and drink in house was incredibly expensive .. one cocktail was 600 baht, $30 Australian.

Great view from our room on the 16th floor. The included buffet breakfast was plentiful and there was a good food selection, with Western choices included. The staff were friendly and professional. We appreciated the two large bottles of water provided daily to our room.

Great service wonderful staff. The room was great with a nice view. The pool bar upstairs was great but I just wished they had a separate pool for the children. The breakfast was amazing and walking distance to both BTS and MRT. Lovely hotel overall. Bam at the restaurant was lovely and helpful.

As mentioned in other reviews, the elevator situation is not great and should be solved. One of them was out of order and this causes really long waiting times. Some scuff marks on the bedroom floor also left an imperfect impression on an otherwise lovely room.

Beautiful and modern hotel in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and the views from the room were great. I would definitely consider it again.
