Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Italythe structure is a bit dated, but the majority of the time you will not notice it. The rooms that face the street are exposed to noise, especially the music that comes from Padella's bar until midnight on weekdays and 2 am on weekends.
The location is very good, with a lot of food downstair and the MRT and Huai Kwang market are within 5-minute walking distance. We liked the aquarium at the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Our room was spacious and classy. There is a nice swimming pool and gym.

GreeceRoom is on the dark side at night (not enough lightening to our liking, eg reading) The Duvet in our room was in rather poor condition - the fillings were all in patches. Such must be replaced! Although the room appeared to be clean in general, it seemed that the housekeeping didn’t clean thoroughly as we come across to “unpleasant trash” left behind by the previous couple. It must be when we shake up the duvet, the trash submerged under the bed… not a pleasant experience !

SingaporeLobby is a little too much stuff and aircon not so cooling in the lobby. Pool area is under used and rooftop bar is not maintain but probably because guests are busy going ard BKK shopping. Overall its ok.
The room is fabulous. I like the bed. Comfortable. Room is smart room with digital panel to control lights and curtain. Bathtub is clean and the concept of an open bathtub area is unique. Aircon is good cold

AustraliaNo safe in the room, no Netflix or Stan, most of TV channels were Thai. No instructions on how to use Re channel no’s. Breakfast was ok, I’ve had better at other hotels. The reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as I would have liked, I felt I was an inconvenience at times when asking questions.
The location was ok not very central but east to get a tut tut back to hotel or a taxi. the rooms were a good size, the shower was great however, the sink is located in the bedroom. lovely pool and beach area.

United StatesThe plumbing with the toilets needs improvement, we changed rooms because the toilet kept running and was annoying but the toilet in the replacement room had a 2 button flush option but only 1 button worked.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pleasant and is accessible to stores, restaurants and spas. A nice gym is across the street that is part of the property.

QatarSuites are in a different building, across the road from the hotel. Breakfast could be better. Room smelled like smoke. The property did not look as good in real life as in the pictures.
Restaurants and shops nearby, big suites with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. Pool had a lovely view. Looked after our bags while we toured after check in.
