The room was really dated , TV was from the 90’s with no hdmi, paint work peeling off the walls & doors, everything was in working order but just really old.
Swimming pool, gym, plenty of parking & breakfast had a good choice.

It was a littlr further out of central Phitsanulok that what I thought..but that was my own fault. I didnt like the parking arrangements... having to carry all your stuff from the carpark to the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. No breakfast meats to go with eggs except for hot dogs that tasted like nothing. Potatoes were hard as rocks. Nice atmosphere and comfortable dining room. Almost all wall outlets in the room were covered up. Fortunately we brought a power strip and were able to plug in all our electronic devices. No outlet near the bed where I needed to plug in my CPAP. Too bad, nice hotel but the room was lacking the basic needs for charging devices. You would think in this day and age, the would recognize the need for it. There was a phone jack near the toilet. Does anyone really talk on a landline while on the toilet? I personally have never needed to do that.
Dining facilities were really nice. Good coffee.

No safety deposit box in room or with reception apparently they recently removed them from the rooms. 2 of the 4 electric sockets didn't work and the reception on the tv was so bad it was unwatchable. Breakfast was average though the dining area itself looked amazing.
Very large quiet room and most comfortable bed. Air con was very strong even on low setting with temperature turned up.

Maybe because it was low season, but I found it not very warming atmosphere. Very empty, staff barely around and not super friendly ( they were not unfriendly, hard to explain) Room was spacious and clean, although a little run down, such as bathroom door, caulking etc.

Apart from the crowded swimming pool due to outside guess, the mosquitoes in the room was the killer since we have young children. No staff is at the pool side bar, so we had to order our drink from the lobby.
Pool is big enough. However it is open to outside guess for swimming lessons for kids and it can get really crowded. The room is big and spacious with bedrooms on the second floor. Downside is there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, feel sad for the kids because they cannot sleep well and wake up with lots of mosquito bites. Decent variety of food for breakfast. The kids ordered Fish and Chip for dinner and the said is it delicious. Front office staff was very helpful.

The hotel quite old. Staff not so friendly and helpful when we came to check in the staff look like don’t want to help us with the suitcase much and on the check out date nobody help us with the suitcase at all!

Breakfast service I can only describe as embarrassing. Breakfast was to be served from 06.00 to 10.00. When we went for breakfast at 08.30 virtually all the food was gone except for some bread and two very cold fried eggs. When we asked about more food arriving we were told by the only waitress we could find that food would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes and no food arriving we gave up and went to eat outside at our own cost. We did report this to reception but sadly the lady seemed uninterested

No complaints…
Top notch hotel. The pool was beyond brand massive in size. There could be a few more lounge chairs around it. Breakfast was the best in our three months of travelling…five choices of bread for toasting !

Not that it's a big deal but I'm from Canada and used to having a face cloth at hotels. Had to buy my own. Other than that everything was excellent.
