The wifi isn't good here!

The location and the sunset. Also I loved the room/ juniorsuite. It's actually 2 rooms. The bed is huge. The bubblebath is a big bathtub. It beeps when you fill it up to a certain point. The button to turn the alarm off is "hidden" in one of the corners. Smart tv in the bedroom area.

It wasn’t clean enough: we’ve seen cockroaches and ants, and also someone’s hair in the bathroom after cleaning. Also they didn’t change the sheets (we were staying for a week). Water pressure in shower was quite low

Unfortunately the room we had had little insects (not bed bugs) in both the shower and on the desk area. We didn’t complain as it wasn’t a huge concern, but if you’re a clean freak it’s not for you. Rooms are not as modern as shown in the pictures online but not a million miles off

the lift was out of service so you had to climb a ladder to reach the swimming pool, the layout inside is a bit odd with some rooms having a balcony that is within the hotel facing the rooms but blocked off so you can’t see

The cleaning it can be improved. The stairs is challenging specially when you have little kids and baby pram with you. As the lift is on the other building. The draws is a little broken when we arrived Also the floor tiles and walls need a good clean and scrub as molds build up as well. A good toilet cleaning chemical will removed it. The room floor also need to mop and all surfaces need a good wipe as inside room is dusty and floor is sticky when we arrived. Just telling this so next guest will love the hotel room even more Just need little maintenance inside . . . It can be better. Sink corners silicone need to replace as the black molds are thick build up..

I had paid for a superior room with wardrobe/closet, but was placed for 3 nights in a much smaller room above the Irish Pub which was very small. After complaining to front desk after first night, I was given the superior room in the hotel that I had paid for after 3 nights.

The position is perfect across the road from the beach, and an easy walk to the many food outlets in the area. I appreciated the lift to my room on the second floor, and to the pool on the fifth.

Staff very ignorant. Had to pay extra for a room in a block with a lift as me and my partner both in our 60 s were put in a room on the top floor of the block next door with no lift .

Poor internet that sometimes didn't work. Strange smell in the room when using the air conditioner. The most disappointing thing was the bed linen - the pillowcases had holes in them! I thought it was an accident, but it happened more than once. Need to replace. Also, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking and the handle was wobbly.

The hotel is on the first line, next to the beach. Nearby there is excellent infrastructure, shops and cafes. We had a nice balcony. Cleaning almost every day. Swimming pool on the roof.

Beach is just infront of the hotel. Located in the heart of karon beach, Two 7-Eleven store nearby, reasonable price and has swimming pool. The staff accomodate early check in for us, and allowed luggage store and are helpful.

Since the hotel is on the main road, it can get a bit noisy at times.

The location is great, right on Karon beach and near Karon Circle. Easy access to eateries and bars close by. Room is basic and clean. It’s not luxurious, but definitely value for money. I was staying in the room with a sea view, and it was good for one person.

Staff unwelcoming and unfriendly. Had to ask for assistance to take bag upstairs. Extra charge for soiled linen. Inconsistent internet connection. Issue with spa and hot water. Locked out of room even though paid for late checkout.

Great location if you like the beach and want to be close to the town centre. The room was spotless and the cleaning service was great. I had a room with a balcony right above the street and it wasn’t noisy regardless of what was going on. Obviously not recommend if you are a light sleeper. I only chose this hotel for the room and location so I won’t comment on ammenities.
