1) WiFi was almost always breaking up, instead of password they introduced web page login which supposed to start automatically after you select their WiFi, but it didn't. So set it up just usual way with password and it will work - when it was connected, speed was quite good. 2) Swimming pool supposed to be closed from 7pm till 8am, but since there is no gate or any other means of stopping tourists with kids, they start swimming and screaming at 7am without considering other guests, so it's not possible to sleep. Also 7pm for closing the pool seems like to early - it would be great if it operates 9am till 9pm with fence around it and gate with BIG lock.

The location is great - the hotel is across the road from the sea and also close to all other points of interest such as restaurants, money exchange, market. Very helpful staff. The room was spacious, with soft bed and cleaned regularly. Breakfast was very nice and changing from day to day. Parking was off street, but maybe because of low season we never had problem finding parking spot next to the hotel.

Shower water was not really hot, so you may have to shower with cold water (not very comfortable when it’s been pouring rain and you are all wet). Breakfast is ok.

The room was perfect worth for price. Also the staff were very kind and you can rent a motorbike for 200 baht.

Unfortunately the rooms didn’t keep out noise very well. We had a room with an adjoining door and unfortunately could hear everything from the other room. Also could hear the noise from the pool early in the morning.

Hotel was excellently located. Night market was less than a 10 minute walk away, you can get longtail boats to Railay beach right across the road. Rooms were also very clean and spacious. Pool was also very nice. Breakfast was also very good.

First thing that shocked me was behind the hotel there is a river/creek that had a very strong foul smell (like sewerage) but the hotel can't do anything about that. The beach across the road is not really a beach you can visit due to the tides, but a 10 minute long boat will take you to Railay Beach or a 12 minute taxi to Klong Muang beach is really worth it
