I visited this accomodation with my parents as part of our 3 weeks vacation in Thailand. The AP house and his host - Paul was excellent!!!!!! Best accomodation i have ever had. You are here like at home, even its in dirty city as Bangkok trully is. Fantastic home cooked food, house is very big (in that time we stayed totally alone - other three rooms were empty), very quiet and so clean! Very nice swimming pool just in front of the room. Big and nice bathroom in the room. For me as a boy (34yo) From Czech republic was this like paradise. Host Paul took very good care about everything and always stayed in touch all the time. She is very friendly, helpfull and even different timing for breakfast or dinner was not problem at all. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended!

We are a family from Sweden who stayed at AP House for 17 nights (in a row). You can therefore say that we have really experienced the hotel. We appreciate AP House primarily for the host couple Paul and Aee. They have been absolutely fantastic during our stay at their hotel. The hotel should perhaps be seen more as a (swedish) “pensionat". You stay in the home of Paul and Aee where there are three "rooms" for guests. In addition, there is a large common room for everybody to use. The hotel exudes a warm homely feeling, and everything is kept very clean. The pool is great and kept super nice. However, it is not really suitable for small children. It is long, quite narrow and has the same depth all the way. About belly height. Our family of two adults and two teenagers found it absolutely perfect. The service is amazing, yes unmatched. We were asked every day what we wanted for the next day's breakfast. Because we were very open to everything, we were served all kinds of Thai breakfast dishes. Always with fruit, juice and coffee. Sometimes they served a more Western breakfast for the sake of variety. In addition, the host couple came up with suggestions for excursions, sights and tips. You can also have lunch/dinner at the hotel at completely normal prices. You live within walking distance of the nearest MRT and BTS station (Lat Phrao). The host couple drove us to the MRT/BTS-station once every day. Back, we have sometimes taken taxis from Lat Phrao or simply walked (about 20 minutes). This is the accommodation for those who do not have really small children and who wants to live in a calm and quiet residential area on the outer edge of central Bangkok, but who still want quick access to the pulse of the city. Central Bangkok can yet quickly be reached by MRT (subway) or BTS (SkyTrain). The MRT/BTS is both cheaper and faster than taking a taxi.

We loved our stay and the hosts were so helpful and lovely! They made a beautiful breakfast each morning and helped us with our questions, and even gave us a lift to the station each morning. The room was very large and comfortable.

Breakfast was great - we stayed two nights and had a western breakfast the first morning, and Thai the second. The rooms were clean and large. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and drove us to the station on multiple occasions. We were treated like family.

Coming to Paul and Supakorn's house is like coming home to family ❤️ They were very welcoming, breakfast was great (you can ask for Thai food and they'll love to cook it for you 😃) and we enjoyed conversing with them.

Great location, very friendly owners, and comfortable rooms. Location was quiet and comfortable. We could use the kitchen for our dinner as it was meant to surprise our daughter. The living room offers a lot of space for us to work and meet our visitors. Shopping center Central LadPrao was easy to reach by car. The pool is very nice. Breakfast served by the owners is extensive, Although it was a short stay at AP house, we could enjoy the facilities and the hospitallity of Paul and A .

It was quiet friendly and comfortable. Ideally suited my purpose for being in that area. Also if I didn't want to go out, the host cooked me a very nice meal! Also my host organised a car for me when needed which made my stay stress-free!

Nothing - we were overwhelmed with what we got.

We wanted to stay in a real house, rather than the high rise hotels we'd be been staying at. We couldn't have been more pleased. The house was a huge architect (with help from the owner) designed property in the suburbs of Bangkok. We thought we were getting an AirBnB type rental for the night, but as others have said, we were made to feel like very welcome house guests when we arrived. Ay (husband) even came out on his moped to help our taxi driver find the house, and then skimmed the pool (at 9.30 at night!) so we could have a swim. We had a comfortable night, and then a breakfast with a combination of Western and Thai foods before being waved on our way. It's not the easiest place to find, but so worth while when you get there!

The house and the garden with the pool are really more than great. The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean and modern. The owners are wonderful, they even took us to the metro station. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Don't go to the hotel, come to the house of Paul and her husband.

I think the location was a bit off the city ... I think it was good since we had 2 hectic noisy days in Pattayya.

Paul and A are wonderful people. Had delicious breakfast and they made sure that we were comfortable. They guided us while we went out and even dropped us at the metro. Would love to come back.

The house is a little bit far away from the main touristic areas. But nothingh is close in Bangkok, isn't it?

After travelling around Thailand for 20 days, we arrived in this authentic, beautifull and peacefull house. We got the change to share with the owners and ask them all the questions we got from our trip! This let us understanding a little bit better the Thai culture. The owner were so nice! They let us doing a late check in and check out, they dropped us to the metro station and they prepared us an amazing breakfast ( with typical thai food and some continental foods for the kids). We got a double room and a 3 beds room. Both room were huge, very clean and the beds very confortable. Both have a bathroom inside. After a very hot day around Bangogk, a dive in the swimmi was very appreciated!

Great location, extremely friendly owners, and great rooms. Place was quiet and comfortable. Located near a MRT line so you did not need to drive in Bangkok. Additionally the host was adamant about driving us to the station.

There was a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Our room was also very light and, generally, we didn’t feel private. The living room was hot and smelly.
