Reception staff need to be friendlier and more welcoming. And check out could be much better. We were charged for water we did not use and then when we explained there was no acknowledgment or communication. I also asked for a photo copy of my passport and was charged 20bht ( 2 copies). I think if staff were more friendly this hotel Would be great!

Many food items at breakfast were not covered. For us this greatly limited our choice. Flies were landing on uncovered items.

The rooms are extremely dated especially the bathrooms even in the upgraded rooms. Although dates I still expect cleanliness and it was not clean the lamp shades were moldy and there was stains all over. The mosquitos in the room were unbearable due to the swamp pond as we were garden facing! Generally everything could be cleaned including the pools they need regular skimming. I think a life guard would be a wise decision!

The pool facilities with the kids boats comfy bean bags loungers are kept immaculate the multiple pools are and restaurant decor are gorgeous! The vibe by the beach on an evening is lovely! Great distance to all the action on this beach at night! Nice and close to the beach!

Could do with some more breakfast options as the buffet grew old quite quickly. Also the room service menu was quite small and could use some expanding.

Great facilities- not much need to leave the hotel at all! Friendly and helpful staff and great access to the beach! Highly recommend the pool access room for when you don’t feel like heading out to the main pool.

The water of the main swimming pool was really hot. We didn’t like to swim in it, because it didn’t cool us down.

The pool hours were too short, from 8:30- 7pm. I was expecting more activities around the pool and more engagement from the staff. Inside the room, one bed was comfortable the other one old and very hard. Bathroom seemed unfinished as it didn’t have any shower curtain/ door… and all the water was everywhere in the bathroom, after shower. Corridors that lead to the rooms could use some extra loving, as they look very plain and gloomy.

The resort is very spacious and has a beautiful pool with direct access to the beach, and amazing sunsets. The staff tried their best to accommodate us, even though I had to be persistent sometimes. The room was quite big and spacious and I loved the extra balcony space. Very convenient was the fact that the resort has an app and I could order / book everything online, from cleaning to dining and activities. Breakfast was decent but a bit more variety would be great.

Although they had several different bars/restaurants, they did not all have the same prices. The Beach bar specifically upset me because of the beer prices. Singha is listed as 190 BTH for a pint, but they only serve you a half pint, which is less than the bottle that is sold for 160 BTH, I spoke to the waiter about it and they laughed it of and were well aware of the false advertisement (not that it was their fault, just that it's known).

We got a pool room with a garden view. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old son. They provided bottled water for free along with two larger bottles of water for a charge of 42 BTH each, but we never needed to use them. The beach never got packed and was very nice to relax in the beautiful weather. Although alcohol is not allowed on the beach, there is a bar that could not get any closer. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from.

The reception staff could be more cordial, especially at check out, they should ask, if the guest enjoyed their stay and bid them farewell with hopes to see them again. Last impressions are also important.

no night lamp at the first bed, breakfast was not really good and bread always empty, no sunbeds at he beach !!! (except of five poor hard lies without shade or beach umbrellas that cost more than 12€/day, even for hotelguests!)

There were a lot of kids. There were sea lice and jelly fish in the sea. I was beaten several times.

We loved our view from our balcony. We booked a deluxe pool view. The long walks on the beach. BangTao is much quieter than Kata and Patong Ok

Right by the beach which was amazing, their were a lot of varieties for breakfast and the food in the restaurant was really nice.

We loved the location, right on the beach front perfect when travelling with children. Also loved the cabana beds which had all day shade for our 3 month old baby. Whenever we needed anything for the room is was dealt with immediately.
