    Nothing

The Hotel was well maintained and we had a memorable stay. We arrived at the Hotel before the usual check in time and they were kind enough to give us an early check in. They upgraded our room to my pleasant surprise. The shuttle service to BTS Asoke was useful. The staff were polite and helpful during the entire stay. We would definitely return to this property during our next visit

The TV reception could have been better, and more channels would have been nice.

Suprisingly large room, almost like a big condo. I loved that there was a washing machine so I was able to do all of my laundry. Location is also great, there is a regular shuttle service to Asoke BTS but you can walk it in 5 minutes so I never bothered. Terminal 21 is also there which is great for dinner and shopping

This hotel is not a 5* hotel, perhaps a long time ago it may have been. It is quite a walk to the main road. Check in was a bit disjointed, but eventually sorted. No mini bar although fridge provided.

Staff is poorly trained. Water was leaking in my room at 7am. Instead of offering another room they just said someone will come and fix. Took 45 minutes for this someone to come. For the same price there are many other hotels with far better service.

    The AC was very noisy.

I was upgraded on arrival and allowed a late check out. I liked the 'minibar' system by the pool, where you could select ice creams, snacks or drinks and fill in a form for payment on checkout. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. A short walk (or tuk tuk shuttle) to the end of the soi where the fantastic Terminal 21 mall is located and a Robinsons with Tops supermarket downstairs (excellent range) and the BTS station for trips.

The extra bed was just okay.

The master bedroom was elegantly made up. It was a king's life during the stay. The breakfast met my expectation. (Though the spread was just little and repetitive, it was filling for me and my family). The kitchen was fully equipped for a family to prepare their lunch or dinner.

Breakfast room needed to be bigger. On wo occasions we had to wait for others to finish as there wasn’t enough tables. It made people rush and us feel awkward.

We lucked out with this hotel. The room we had was brilliant. The rooftop pool was fab to spend the hot afternoons at. And the breakfast was good. For the price we found it excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Outside smelled like sewer, could see lots and lots of bird droppong through hall windows, flooring was lifting. Stairs between elevators and rooms with luggage was hard. Breakfast was terrible and no room, we had to squeeze with families having to put kids on laps whilst we share tables and it was a simply a small room converted to the breakfast area.

    - The extra bed for 3rd person is relatively small and was placed a little bit awkward ( in the middle of every room - bedroom, living room and kitchen). - The kitchen's sink was leaking (but they fixed it immediately). - The location has a quite walking distance to the Skytrain. - The culvert in front of the hotel was very foul.

    - The location was quiet and not very far from Airport link station (about 37 baht if you take a taxi, or 1km of walking). - The staffs are nice. - The room was very comfortable with everything: full-equipped kitchen, washing machine (detergent can be asked at the reception desk for free). - The special coco-ginger sweet of the hotel was great, it was very helpful as I was sick during my trip. - Wi-Fi was good.

The view from the rooms aren't very nice because we're in the middle of the city.

The rooms were nice and coozy, the non-smoking ones got a nice two-person dining table, de smoking suite got a special little space to keep your clothes dry and off from the bad smells. They've got a personal scale too to measure your packages, etc. The location is also very close to BTS and MRT lines.

It is pet friendly; just did not realise I would be subjected to cats in the corridors of the property. Breakfast is a good spread; however be prepared for cold food - none of the hot food is hot; unless you ask for scrambled eggs or omelette; all other items sit in "warmers" that don't work and some don't have lids........

The staff were helpful at all times - no issues. Pool was very good. Bed comfortable. We thought we had an issue with hot water (took about 12 mins to get any warm water even) and the engineering team were there in minutes.

The back of the hotel looks at what appeared to be an apartment building for low income. you see people in their bathrooms through their open windows... Its in a busy part of town, noise can be an issue in the morning and early afternoon and pollution is a problem of the entire city. NO restaurant on site. there was only breakfast served in a modified hotel room with reasonable choices similar to what you would find in a two star hotel in America. Other meals you would have to go to near by restaurants or order online (the hotel staff recommended foodpanda application)....

Excellent staff. the room was big... shopping, money exchange, transportation ports all within short walking distance.
