The only negative was the bathroom which could do with an update. Mould all around the sealant around bathtub could do with being redone.

Nice quiet location, with very little traffic from the road outside. Room was spacious, with plenty of storage & a safe, and the bed was very comfortable. Hot water available at all times.. Room cleaned each day without having to ask. Very helpful staff in arranging taxis and advice on the area.

The propriety looks a bit different from the pictures. When you arrive you see that everything is much older than the pictures. There were cockroaches in the room and toilet. Our next door neighbor was very loud all night long with music and having sex with prostitutes from the area. I know it’s not your facility but you should try to prevent this kind of people from your property.

Being a decent walk down a dead end street, not much taxi or tuk tuk traffic when going out. Closest 7-11 on the main road. A new snobby hotel behind Hillary 1 has blocked all foot traffic, so no shortcut to soi 4 anymore thru where Annie's used to be. The lift is quite small and clunky. The limited parking is tight, the taxi managed to reverse into a column turning around.

The room was quite large, bigger than many similarly priced in Bangkok. Was more a studio than a room. Big fridge for supplies. Nice sized bathroom. A huge bed, though a little on the hard side. I'll try out the breakfast menu when I stay again in a week.

For a four star hotel, it would have been nicer if the ceilings in the bathroom were not sank of water, the curtails in the bathroom were clean. And also a variety of breakfast.

The bathtub is a bit rusty and the lights are too dim.

The breakfast was OK I guess, not the greatest. A few muffins or pastries and a little bacon would have been awesome. The fruit was the same on both days, so not even a variety.

There was an amazing bathtub in our room, this is not something you find often. Our room was so spacious and very comfortable. The TV could be upgraded but other than that it wasn't a bad stay.

On the first morning I checked the breakfast offerings and did not find them to my taste, a shame because when I first stayed with you more than ten years ago there was a good selection for a European, but now appers the catering is for South Asians.

Obviously the cleanlines was a big factor, but also the rooms are spacious.

Room condition has issues. Door lock broken, bathroom tube waste water cap couldn't be opened. Bed is hard alike sleeping in the floor. Swimming pool was not clean. Location is problematic, after heavy rain soi 2 was flooding and no access out of the hotel many hours. No bar in the hotel.

I couldn’t get a bottle of water at night. A fridge with water for sale would be good.

Good option with what you needed for a decent price. The staff were helpful also. Good budget option.
