Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice breakfast, Omelet made to taste. Good selection. Small but well maintained pool. Bathroom could use an deep cleaning, but all in all good standard for room. Could easily come again.

Some guests,indians, were throwing food on the restaurant floor, and waiting for the staff to pick it off the floor. At the bread toaster they were handling all of the bread and were so so noisy. This is the reason i would not return, but staff were real good

The breakfast could improve with more food variety. The gym was very small, enough for a quick workout.
The staff was super friendly, sweet, and helpful. There are a metro and boat station within 5-10 min walking. The room was spacious and clean, and so was the toilet. The pool was big and clean. They also have a luggage storage room.

The fridge did not sit in the cabinet very well. Two glass bottles fell out of the fridge and broke whilst we stayed at the hotel.

Not many things to not like. There was a little delay to get the rooms while checking in, but the staff was helpful so it was okay.
Good hotel with clean and big rooms. Amazing breakfast, good variety of items in breakfast with indian food. They also have a restaurant that has very tasty food. Cleaned thoroughly, replaced toiletries and new complimentary water bottles everyday. Location is also very great, with a short walk to Sathorn pier, easy to take quick ferry to many tourist places, also the meteo station and a Robinson mall. Staff is also very helpful, we were served by Rin at the reception who helped us with check in and check out.

Unfortunately, it is located beside the entrance to freeway and the traffic noise, especially motorcycles and trucks is so loud that we often could not hear each other speak in the room. If you book here, be sure to bring industrial earplugs or headphones. I realize that this is a design issue, but it is difficult to sleep in the room.
Excellent location near metro train and river taxi, safe and close to services. Property and rooms are well equipped, modern and clean.

Towels were not soft. Floors were not mopped well, dirt cling to feet. But that was minor.
The customer service at the reception desk was amazing especially RIN!! She has exceptional manners and very well spoken in English!

Small rooms, couldn't move much. Rooms looks super small when you keep your luggages, check in time can be improved
Location. Easily connect to public transport. Availability of food. Facility is equipped with modern items, renovated rooms looks comfy, swimming pool is good, gym is small, a lot of good places inside where you can click some good photos

Breakfast is bad. Not cleanliness. There is some dirty (with some small lizard’ thing). I then tell staff there but no one take action or even say sorry to me. I then never have hotel breakfast anymore. Moreover during check out process of hotel, they have make wrong bill to me. This is waste of time and show an unprofessional at all.

The manager gave to much attention to other people ! I was with my Thai girlfriend and maybe because we where dressed like more casual then the other guests! They did not bring us to our room! And 1 time my Thai girlfriend was waiting in the Lobby and the manager came to her and asked what she was doing there! And she showed her card key from our room. It felt like little discrimination. I think you should tnot treat people different because they maybe look from a different class.
