Since a room key is required for access throughout the hotel, it would have been helpful to receive more than two keys for the apartment, as we were five people

The apartment is clean, and all facilities are provided. The location is great, 12 minutes from the airport, with local markets and a hospital nearby. The swimming pool has a great view.

The apartment was amazing and the rooftop infinity pool something else!! My children and I loved the apartment, which had all the facilities you would expect and more.

nice, modern property, amazing pool facilities. The room itself is what we expexted. Decent location, only 20 minute walk into the Old Twon, of course you can use a Grab or Tuk Tuk.

Small room, no cleaning equipment, as we did not have a clean during the 12 days, the floor got dirty, could do with a pan and brush. Needed more instruction for rubbish disposal.

Pool was amazing. Location very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable

Key collection took almost 2 hours after agreed time. No clean towels provided for a week stay. No toilet roll topped up. The venue is advertised as a hotel when it is really closer to an air bnb - there are no facilities such as a bar or restaurant on site, no house keeping. There is a sign at the property telling tourists they should not be there for under 7 nights as it is not a hotel.

The place is new, clean and well meintence. Easy self check in. 15 mins walking to night market. The great infinity pool.

Beautiful roof top pool. Really clean and well looked after building. Apartment was immaculate and came with lots of amenities ( plates, cutlery, kettle, washing machine etc). Easy check in process and host quick to respond. Felt very safe and good for families

The location was great. The swimming pool was amazing and had scenic views of the mountains. All the equipments was in good working condition. There was 7-eleven right across the street and there were people who helped to cross the street safely. Recommended for any tourists to book this place.

It would have been better if there were breakfast included as well.
