Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had an excellent stay AT home. First of all i had a great welcome my first night. Very friendly personel who speak English very well which was nice as non-Thai speaker. The rooms are very clean, there is pool table and the location is superb. Definitely recommend staying here and i will be coming back in the future.

It was really reasonably priced, clean, friendly, and it felt safe. It was mostly male residents so as a make myself I felt comfortable but maybe a lady travelling alone may not, although there were lots of couples (English males with Thai girlfriends) Everyone was cool, respectful, friendly

No balcony 😢
Great location for bars and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff, who can speak English. Spotless clean. Spacious rooms with amazing AC system. TV system with English channels. Large comfortable bed. Two very large bath towels in ensuite. Desk with chair. Kettle in room with free bottled water and coffee per day. Highly recommend and will stay there again. Despite the hotel being situated in one of the Bar Zones the room was amazingly quiet. Great place to stay, short or long term.

Can walk to many locations from here. It's also easy to catch the song theaw from this hotel. Pleasant reception area.

I cannot review AT home. This was due to an overbooking. But the way they handled that was fine. We were informed on arrival that they were overbooked and that they had booked a room for us in another hotel, about ten minute walk from there. Our arrival there went smooth. The facilities of that hotel were great.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong night. I turned up a day late, on a busy weekend but they gave me a room any way. Thank you!! Everything in room was exactly as I expected. It's safe and good location.

If you want to just enjoy a beer in this street alone you will be harrassed by the tons of bargirls. Nothing to do with the hotel though.
It's really near the train station. For people who are alone and look for girls i guess it's the spot. The owner is super nice he gave me.good advise.

There is a busy road you need to cross in order to get to the seaside however one gets used to it. I extended my stay so that shows it wasn't a big issue with me.
I liked the fact it was not right on the beach so you got to walk past local bars etc. This was good,forced exercise for an old man. The shower was nice to use and the air-conditioning worked well. You also got a fridge and kettle for the price of the room, excellent....

Good location for most things, Market Village walking distance with great food court. Room surprisingly quiet considering the area. Owner very helpful in posting on a small item I left in my room

Basic hotel room, but clean and excellent value for the price. The location is ideal if you like some nightlife action, and the beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a long time ago and I cant recall it as I have been in at least 100 hotels since then. It must not have been a nightmare otherwise I would have remembered it!

The hotel is right at the corner of a barstreet to meet beautiful ladies, if you are looking for that. We felt a little suprised walking into this street from the trainstation to the hotel. It didn't bother us during our stay though, everybody was very friendly, but I can imagine you wouldnt choose this hotel if you have a family with children.
The location is very good. Only 7 minute walk to the beach. Also in walking distance of trainstation

It was clean, quit and close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff was very helpful.
