There was quite some bugs, also inside the room. The host gave us a lot of bugspray, but the amount of mosquitos was still a bit uncomfortable

Loved everything!

Absolutely beautiful bungalow!! Super clean, great hot shower, the bed is very comfortable. The decoration is charming and makes you feel like you are at home. Good aircon, but also screened windows if you want to enjoy fresh air. The balcony is fantastic and has a great view of the ocean. We got to see lots of sea hawks and hornbills from the deck. Owner is so friendly and drops off a perfect breakfast of juice, fruits, and roti or sticky rice in the morning for you to eat at your convenience. Would definitely stay again!!

Unfortunatelly, a LOT of mosquitoes in the room.

Everything was perfect ! Pen were super nice. Although she didn't speak english right. She makes a lot of efforts. I had the best stay. She organised my day trip in boat at the phang nga bay. The breakfast was a 10/10 the fruits super good. Specially, the mango sticky rice :D The room is super nice with a beautiful view.

Sonya and her lovely family are the kindest hosts ready to arrange what you ask for - transportation or early breakfast. The bungalow was nice and clean and the aircondition silent. I would recommend more comfortable pillows. Another downside was the large number of mosquitoes in the bathroom and around the sink, which seemed to come from nowhere. Despite their numbers, we were not bitten much, which was surprising.

The location, view, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the owner are excellent. While the bungalows are not directly on the beach, a five-minute walk takes you to a beach, at least 3-4 restaurants, and a liquor store, which is quite rare for Koh Yao Noi. The best swimming beach, even during low tide, is accessible within a 20-minute walk. The bungalow itself is spacious with a lovely veranda, and breakfast is served on a tray in a very charming way, decorated with flowers, though it is a bit repetitive.

The best stay in Thailand. The lady who runs the accommodation is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was everyday day different but very delicious. House was super clean and much better look than on pictures. And of course the view with terrace is the best thing there. Definitely I would comeback!

The property was perfect, so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were super accommodating, welcoming and friendly, helping us with any problems straight away, including booking us a taxi when needed. Breakfast was delicious and very good portion sizes. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Beautiful wooden chalet with a huge terrace, overlooking the sea and green landscapes everywhere around you. In between lots of sea eagles, hornbills, butterflies and others.. you can literally follow how they manage their daily life. Unique breakfast setting with new surprises every day and a great hospitality too. You won’t regret staying there. Scooter recommended!

I stayed in no1...Top class fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean. Exceptional breakfast delivered to your door each morning...fresh fruit sticky rice, coffee, all home made/prepared. Scooter delivered literally within 2mins of enquiring! Just absolutely outstanding staff and accommodation.....I can't say enough about this place. I've been traveling for 3 months and this came out of nowhere and is by far the best I've stayed in!!

Absolute gem, we had one of the bungalows in the front with a gorgeous view. The place is new and really clean. Our hosts were super welcoming and attended to anything we needed. There is no lack of water bottles here and the breakfast in the mornings were beautifully made and delicious. We were treated to wildlife sounds at night and pretty sunrises in the morning. The location is close to everything (the island itself is very small) but definitely a scooter helps - we rented a scooter right at the pier and someone brought our luggage to this hotel for 100 baht

BAANSUAN PIYANAN is a real gem . We strongly advise everyone to stay at this place. The frontline bungalows are brand new and impeccable. The Seaview is breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and wildlife is a wonderful experience while eating your unique and well taken care of breakfast on your porch . The owner is super kind and creates immediately a home feeling. Had the pleasure of staying in a brand-new bungalow that surpassed all expectations. Inside, everything is new, the room was spacious, along with a generously large porch. The porch offered breathtaking views of the sunrise and the surrounding scenery from the hill. The bed was very comfortable, and the bungalow was equipped with everything one might need. The breakfast was fantastic, served with an artistic touch and featuring a beautiful handmade bouquet made of banana leaves. Our host, an incredible lady, added a personal touch to our stay. Her friendliness knew no bounds as she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even surprising us with delightful snacks and fruits every afternoon. The internet connection was also excellent. The location is great, close to everything, including restaurants and the beach. All you need for amazing stay! Without a doubt, I'll be coming back again.

The location wasn't ideal. The property is located on a hill with an extremely steep slope leading to it. We initially rented a couple of bicycles, but the closest stretch of restaurants was a bit too far for a bicycle ride. (There is a single restaurant located just down the hill of the property). Combined with the low availability of taxis later in the evening, returning to the property was challenging. On our second day we ended up renting a scooter which was ideal and solved this issue completely- so if you are comfortable with that idea- this property is perfect for you.

Pen the host was absolutely incredible! Available for any purpose or question at any time. She helped us book taxis when we needed to, and truly made us feel welcomed to ask for any help. The balcony was huge, gorgeous, quiet and had a beautiful view. The breakfast- an assortment of Thai treats and sweets, was waiting for us to enjoy on the balcony every morning.
