Amazing Place to stay in Ayutthaya. Close to Temples and everything else around. Beautiful house

We stayed only one night at this property, a family of 3 people touring around Thailand. The room was basic but spotless. It did have a very large private balcony/terrace (bathroom is accessible by the balcony, but it is covered, not openair) and every thing was beyond our expectations. The lady owner was very very nice and helpful. We also had (it was not included in our reservation) some fresh fruit in the morning and coffee. The place is a stone-throw from Ayutthaya monumental old city and a block away from a night market where, suggested by the owner, we likely had our best dinner in 15 days in Thailand (and the cheapest!!!). If you are not looking for luxury and but are looking for a place where everything is clean and quiet, this is a wonderful place. A pity we didn't stay longer.

It was a lovely and relaxing place to stay. The two ladies were wonderful and tried to assist with everything I enquired about. The one free laundry service was very helpful too.

Cute 80s style home that had turned into a home stay.

It was just perfect for the price. We loved it. It’s a small property but very tastefully kept. The house lady was very thoughtful in putting all the things of basic necessity and some more. She planned our brief stay perfectly. There is no free breakfast included but she still kept fresh bananas and rice cake along with morning tea for us! The location is within 10 minutes walking from Wat Mahathat which was perfect for us!

Lovely host, great location

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. Room was big and spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Location! Little extras such as the breakfast snack, tea coffee and free laundry if you stay more than two nights! A lovely family and so easy to arrange GRAB taxis to and from. Take the 300Bt an hour tuk tuk option. You’ll need it to see the outer temple groups and by bike is NOT an option. Allow four hours for just them! The inner ones, you can walk to from Ban Boonchu.

Very nice rooms. Kind hostess. Awesome housekeeper. She was amazing and made us smile every time we met up with her. Truly a beautiful lady.

I went to Ayutthaya for the World Heritage Fair and wanted to stay near the fair area, and this hotel was right next to it. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and they knew a lot about the event.

Ban Boonchu is a peaceful haven in the heart of Ayutthaya only a short walk from the main monuments. This is our 2nd visit and won’t be our last, it’s still just as lovely. This property is not about 5 star stuffy comfort, it’s about homely pleasures with adorable, helpful staff. Full of character, this peaceful and comfortable property ticks all the right boxes.

Ban Boonchu and the nice woman who runs it could not be better in every way. The room was very comfortable. A very nice light breakfast was provided. When we changed our plans, the very nice proprietor even delivered our bags herself to us at a new location. Wow!

We had a great time. A quiet place close to many attractions and a night market. The facility is unique and has everything needed for a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Even breakfast is not included, some fruits and pastry was on the table in the morning

This place was just perfect! The host was warm and very kind. Her English was very good; she booked a Tuk Tuk for us. The driver and his wife took us to all the best sites. Our room had everything that you need - a big comfortable bed, good quality bedding, a fridge, Internet access, a good shower and a rather nice balcony. All for £23 per night. There is a 7/11 across the road and a really good locals restaurant on the corner. Would definitely recommend.
