The staff was exceptionally friendly, I was supposed to stay for 5 days, I ended up staying in there for two weeks, also really close to everything. It felt like home, not a hotel.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was always very kind and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained, something I truly appreciate when traveling. On top of that, the comfort was outstanding: a cozy bed, peaceful spaces, and everything needed to relax and enjoy. Definitely a place I would return to and highly recommend.

We loved our stay in here! The owners and everyone that works in here make you feel super comfortable and really at home! Since when we arrived in here we felt their kindness in every little gesture. Everything is clean at the accommodation and in the little studio. About the room, the bed is really comfortable, they provide towels, water, a few snacks and toilet paper. Every day they provide banana, bread, biscuits, tea, coffee... It's a nice breakfast! Once a week they prepare some little Thai dish for the breakfast for us to try, we found it so kind! A few minutes away there is a nice Market called Kad Manee where we had dinner every evening. There are a few restaurants and cafes close by, 7 eleven just 2 minutes as well. We felt really welcomed in here and recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a nice experience in Chiang Mai!

I’m very satisfied.

It’s a great place living in Chiangmai! The landlord and his family are very friendly and nice. You can enjoy a coffee bar for free. Although Chiangmai is hot, I still feel good in the room even if without the air conditioner. The fridge is very big and you can buy some beverages. The place is quiet but convenient. You can ride a bike or scooter to the old town. There is also a Muay Thai training place nearby. If you are looking for a place like home in Chiangmai, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Location was great and the host was amazing. The place served its purpose well. It was clean and everything was functional. The host was very polite and helpful. He provided me with local tips ranging from transport choices to food joints. I would definitely stay here during my future trips.

Super friendly owners and staff, good location not far from the airport - you can simply walk. Night food market is nearby. Scooter rent on site, good prices. We had awesome honda click 125 - good for couples. Room is big, amazingly clean and with everything you need, super comfortable mattress - i'll miss it haha. Good wifi everywhere. Light breakfast is a huge plus. Nothing to dislike. Wish owners only the best.

Very friendly helpful service. Warm welcome like a family or friends. Quiet easy place. Safe. Very convenient location. Very clean comfortable rooms and bed. I recommend the top floor, private balcony, if you pay a little extra. Other guests were fun and friendly. I would/will definitely come back (soon!) Highly recommend.

Fantastic hosts running this establishment, nothing is to much trouble for them and their staff. I had 25 days here, and I enjoyed every moment. It is close to food, markets and the the old city all within walking distance I would give 10 stars if I could. I can't recommend this place highly enough you won't regret booking a room here

The staff is so nice and welcoming, always willing to help. They always handmade something different everyday and is free! Coffee, Te and avaliable for YOU WITH NO EXTRA COST. Enough water in our room free too. I'm so happy with this place. Recommend :)

Everything is as per pictures in the listing. The property is not very central so you might need to get a tuk tuk to go centre but for us having a bike, it was amazing. 7/11 is very close and also a very food foor market just across the road.

Great guesthouse! It's super clean, relaxed and functional. They have all the things you could need! The lady who runs the place and really nice and the lady who does all the chores and takes care of the guests is a sweetheart! The rooms are just as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The scooter rental, common area, snacks, and cheap laundry male Ban Pongphan a great place to stay! I'll definitely be back!
