How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The wifi is very inconsistent, at times , it doesn’t work at all. What’s worse is that there is some sort of modem in the roof of the room with a light which flashes when the wifi is bad. This is not particularly useful when you are trying to sleep.
The one bedroom apartment had a nice view and great air conditioning which is good in the climate. It is good value for money in this location.

Limited hotel restaurant, but not a big deal since so many options are close by.
Breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The hotel suite rooms are spacious & comfortable. The staff was friendly & professional.

The kitchen area in the room is quite old and snabby, but this did not upset us. There is musty smell that disappears after some time after the conditioner is running.
Friendly and nice hotel staff, spacious, comfortable room, good view from the window (we lived on the 26th floor). The parquet flooring in the rooms is very comfortable for walking barefoot. Very tasty shakes at the bar. The children really enjoyed spending time in the pool.

Opened what I thought was a cupboard and it was just to hide the vent! (Just a shock) We had a 2 bed apartment which was really nice but it was lacking a comfy feel. Shower did not provide consistent hot water.
Location was perfect! Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

A great pool and bar area to enjoy on a hot Bangkok day. Concierge staff were very helpful with organising taxis and rides. A short stroll to nearby restaurants, markets and shopping centres.

Would have liked more tips about things to do in Bangkok. Airport transfer price offer was super pricey compared to normal taxi price.
Nice big rooms, not far from the metro and skyline. Breakfast good but can get crowded. Nice pool and good pool service.

Nothing really. On my first night I was given the apartment in the residence building and it was bare and cold. I asked to be moved to the suites ( as I had booked) and from then on it was all good.
The layout of the apartment was perfect, very comfortable and the facilities provided were very good

Being sensitive to noise, I've asked for a quiet room, however I was surprised to hear that the windows did not effectively block out the noise. It's possible that my room wasn't situated on the quieter side of the hotel, as during my previous stay, as last time the traffic noise was hardly noticeable.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The Wifi signal was weak. As I was working from the Bandara suites hotel, this proved very difficult and frustrating.
Centrally located, close to MRT and restaurants in the Silom area. The suite itself was spacious, very clean and quiet. Would definitely return.

This is a great location to stay. It is very close to the park with a lake and water monitors. Very close to transport connections. The property is clean and well managed. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle to make tea or coffee. The windows are large. Overall it is a good place to start your visit to the city.
