The breakfast food selection was much more limited than in the past. Reduced pastry range, no hotel person was permanently present inside the breakfast guest room.. The warm welcoming atmosphere of the past was.. Gone.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic secure parking. The size of this apartment really is incredible with a kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms and a living room area. Great location for Mega Bangna and Topgolf.

We had a comfortable stay, room was nice, awesome staff and ideal location which is close to Mega Bangna where we have witnessed the fireworks during New Year's Eve.

The location wasn't ideal for us. Surrounded on two sides by a massive road and 40,000 shipping containers. To be fair we didn't look the other side, we might have seen the hanging gardens of babylon. Booked as we had about 18 hours in Bangkok, most of which was at night, before our flight so found this searching for hotels near the airport. As the crow flies it's probably not that far but took 30 mins in a taxi vs 40 to get to Lumphini Park where we stayed before, so in hindsight either a real airport hotel or city centre would have been better for us. Breakfast wasn't awful but would expect better from a 4* hotel

We booked the 2 bedroom option as we had 2 kids with us but were blown away by the size. It was literally bigger than the first 3 flats we lived in, put together. The place was clean and everything worked. Only there one night but no complaints at all about the hotel.

Most of the facilities not open ... Restaurant closed and the bar also closed. Views from the hotel not good, next to a shipping container facility.

Location was as expected. One small and one larger 7 Eleven within walking distance and several coffee and pastry locations near. Within a short taxi ride to Mega Bangna (large shopping centre) and Bang Na BTS station.

Horrible breakfast - very poor range of food- some items looked stale Washing machine/dyer difficult to operate as the dryer was not performing its function Other have stated near large shopping mall however I think it is taking some effort to get there

Everything is fine, except for the fact that we paid for four persons and only two blankets in the room. When we asked for extra blankets, they charge 300 baht each. Don’t think that’s reasonable since we already paid for four people.

The breakfast that they bring to your room was awful. By the time the coffee comes it's cold as is the toast. What you tick the previous day oftne has no correlation on what is actually brought up. Also didn't arrive on time. And although I love my meals very peppery, my 8yo does not. They refuse to open the on site restaurant but its very easy to walk behind the hotel and there are loads of little cafés for snacks and a 7/11. The pool area was shaded and water quite cold. It's not a very welcoming area especially for children it's very deep. That was a disappointment.

Lovely staff, great pillows! Very comfortable and quiet room, lovely gardens for my dog, nice to have a bath plus shower. Spacious and excellent room. Not too far from. Bangna Mega for excellent shopping mall and restaurants and not too far from airport

hard to find via car, as in big complex and struggled to find front entrance easily. unloaded all the bags at the wrong entrance which was frustrating when we had a baby. car park staff were not helpful in finding our way

Air-co filter and unit was very dirty, so we ask the reception to change of room upon check-in.

The team was always helpful and available. There is a kids playground with nice garden. Many food options, including 7eleven in the opposite building.
