Amaizing stay, one of best room and hosts was so nice! So clean, breakfast was fresh and so delicious! Also you can rent new motorbikes from property, a lot of trip and transport options.

We were greeted today by the lady (Weena) with a glass of juice and we were immediately surprised by her hospitality! She is such a kind and lovely woman. She cooled our room just before our arrival. The rooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed, fridge, air conditioning and new furniture. The room and bathrooms are very clean, and it is located just around 50 meters from 7-Eleven and around 10 mins walk from the beach. Very convenient location, breakfast included, amazing hosts and affordable price. I cannot recommend it enough! All the best to the fantastic hosts, they made our day with their smiles and hospitality. Thank you. You were the highlight of our stay in Khao Lak.

excellent welcome from staff, very kind and positive

It’s a small family-run B&B located just off the main road. The beach, the market, dive shops, and cafes/restaurants are all in walking distance (7-eleven literally across the main road.) The location itself is super quiet and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Cleanest place and most heart-warming service I’ve experienced in Thailand. The husband-wife team will make you fresh eggs to order for breakfast and drive you to and from airport themselves.

I was there 2 times. It was just the best hotel i encountered during my Thailand Trip. You can feel the owner just puts a lot of love in their hotel. They also do a lot to make their guest feel comfortable. Its so clean and the breakfast is great. They went especially to the market to get some special Thaifood for me when they heard i like that. So nice! i will come back..

Wow, what a nice hotel! one of the best i encountered in whole Thailand. I liked everthing about it. Its so clean and loveley. There is like nothing you would miss. Its a 10/10. The owner are so nice people, you will feel very welcome.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. A very warm welcome on arrival, the room was big, clean and comfortable. Location is great, off a small side road so it’s quiet but also a ten minute walk to restaurants and 2 minutes from a 7-11. Great price on scooter rental as well as day excursions with pick up from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and different every day, a mix of European and Thai food. It’s impossible to overstate how welcome you are made to feel here, it’s like staying with family.

The couple running the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is tasty and varied (coffee, juice, Thai food, toast, fruits...). The room was comfortable, well furnished and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

The room was large and comfortable and faced a small backyard, so it was very quiet. The owners are very kind and helpful.

There are mosquitoes outside but also good mosquito nets. We had the ground floor room which is basically in front of the breakfast area so not ideal, but it was not that busy anyway.

Very hospitable couple welcoming you with smiles. I really enjoyed my stay at this homestay and cannot recommned it enough. The room was very clean (probably the cleanest I have ever seen in SEA) and was cleaned every day, providing you also with 2 bottles of water daily. Close to the main street with everything needed. During my stay I hurt my ankle and they helped me tremendously. I can only recommend this accommendation to anyone! Breakfast was also delicious and enough.

By far my best stay in Thailand, the couple that runs it are both adorable and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing ! I even booked an extra night because I loved it so much. The room is incredibly spacious and bright, everything is SPOTLESS !!! The bathroom is big, the hot water is nice and regular and not a single sign of mold anywhere (which in my experience is rare in Thailand). The bed is comfortable and the ac is nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Great view from the balcony where I admired a nice sunset. The cleaning lady is also very friendly even going as to arrange the toiletries I left on the counter. Great location just off the main road so quiet but still close enough to make getting around super easy. Close to a 7-11 for some midnight snacks ;)

This was propobly the best small hotel that we have ever been :) It is run by lovely couple and they are very helpful and nice (can arrange you a trip for next day in a better price) They welcome us with some fresh orange juice. The breakfast was delicious, there was the best mango I have ever eaten.

Extremely helpful host. Owners were always very kind and helped us with all our requests. Breakfast contained of a few different choices eggs, toast, sausages, always fresh vegetables and fruits, coffee, tea, water, juice and others.

Good location, friendly owners who always greeted us with a smileand, and they returned the clothes we left on the balcony; nice, clean room; (but there was an unpleasant smell (mold, mildew?)tasty breakfast.

We booked 2 excursions at the property, Surin (wich was Ok), and Similans. The hotel owner assured that in case of bad weather, the SeaStar company would cancel the trip and refund our money. The sea conditions on the day of Similans excursion were very difficult, wich no one informed us about (high waves, rain). We experienced trauma. Other companies canceled the Similans trip that day. We experienced a lot of stress and lost money. The owner did not help us in contacting SeaStar in any way, and only the hotel’s details were on the receipt. We sent the email found on promotional flyer, but we didn’t receive a responce

Enjoyable stay. The couple that run the guesthouse have a lot of pride and integrity in their establishment and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. They arranged my day trip to the Surin Islands and bus transport to Ranong. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine is a perk. There are two ways to get to the beach and shops…it’s a 15-20 minute walk (for me). I like walking so not an issue for me. A hat or umbrella for shade is useful.

Only positive things to say about the property itself. Of note, there was new construction going on across the street during my stay. It wasn’t super loud and annoying and they were moving pretty fast. Just something to be aware of. I was out during the days for the most part.
