It could have been a much better experience if the two light bulbs had been replaced as it was a bit dark for me especially when doing my makeup. It’s not a deal-breaker though.

The location is great. It’s located not far from the pier and there are many different shops nearby. The breakfast is good considering the price per night.

Cozy little cottages. Very clean. A small but lush and beautiful green area. We stayed in mid-June and had the entire place to ourselves. European-style breakfast included. The main island beach is within easy walking distance. Motorbike rentals are also available. The ferry pier is also within easy walking distance.

First breakfast was good. Breakfast buffet like you usually know from hotels. But the second day no buffet anymore, just a plate with one fried egg and some mini sausage and a little salad. They made a another fried egg as we asked. but they should have stayed with the buffet in my eyes. Maybe we were the only guests that day…

Nice staff! Location was good! Nice garden! They placed in the afternoon some mosquito repellent smoke things at the balcony to keep them away!

Everything was perfect. We had some trouble renting a motorcycle and the ones from the hotel were already rented so the owner helped us find one and bring it back for us. The beach is 6 minutes walking away and the area is very calm. We highly recommend going there if you want to enjoy the main area of the city and staying in a calm and comfy hotel.

During Mid-night sleeping, we had gotten Palm nuts to drop down on the roof of our room suddenly, a little bit scared us to wake up, mosquitos always bother us, roomkeeper would light up mosquitos killer every nights for us, room staffs totally are very nice. But the lady sit on reception was a bit seriously, we wanna rent the fishing gears on front of their reception,she just refused us, bit sad. On the last day checkout, we left a cell phone adaptor in the room,, try to talk them with no feedback, guess losting on our fault.

The location was very good, easy to access to the beach, pharmacy und restaurants, about ,150m walk to diamond beach, many budget restaurants nearby hotel, easy to go the pier to catch up the boat back to Ban Phe, the beach was so nice, crystal blue ocean, be quiet area for us. We can go fishing on other side, was a good catch.anyway, we will visit again, see you Koh Samet

They flip their mattresses, but you can feel the springs from the bottom side. You shouldn't flip pillow top mattresses like this... Had to flip it back in the middle of the night. The location means you need to walk or drive to the beach and pier. Not terrible, but not great.

Staff were great! Breakfast was completely adequate and I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings. The location is a bit away from the busiest parts of the island, which means you need to travel to the beach, or dock quite a ways. This is good though, as the property is so quiet and peaceful.

Lovely bungalow in a beautiful garden. Everything was clean. 10min walk to the beach. 5 min walk from the port. Very peaceful and quiet. I really loved this accomodation!

Like this place, have already been here before. Little houses are for rent, with aircon, wifi, bathroom and a porch. Breakfast in the morning with basic selection but very good to start the day with. Sai Kaew beach just some minutes walk, also around 5 mins from harbor. Nice green garden with benches.

Breakfast is cooked and put out at 8am. So toast you do your self every thing else is cold. The gardener starts sweeping leaves at 8am so if you want a lay in bring ear plugs.

Very nice b&b. Your own little house with a Spacious room. The facilities worked great. It even had this anti-insect thing outside of the door. The breakfast was good for that price. They also offer fresh nice scooters that you can rent.

Location conveniently half way between the beach and the pier was surprisingly quiet as the houses are tucked away behind the main road. Tea and coffee were available through the day and the breakfasts were excellent!
