Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Large spacious room and good sized pool with lots of space. Air con. Mini mart and 7/11 in street. BTS short walk at end of street. Beds on firm side but we slept well.

AustraliaThey advertised free shuttle from hotel to main road. I asked for the service on the first day and was told by the male receptionist ‘it’s only a short walk’ , so never asked again. Twice during the stay the water stopped completely, both times when I happened to be in the shower. On one occasion the toilet blocked/backed up. (Rectified quickly though by staff)
Pool was great, was very quiet inside the rooms , aircon was wonderfully cold , I received complimentary room upgrade. Restaurant dinner servings /sizes were excellent, much praise to the room cleaning personnel who did an excellent job everyday.

United KingdomWe didnt get inform how to use the lights etc. So it took us a while to work it out . There's a control box next to the phone which controls everything in your room . Apart from that all good 👍
It's not far from Nana Sky train. But please bare in mind , it is Sukumvit Road ( one busy area) . Plenty of food around ( I recommend using Google map or TripAdvisor- depends on your budget ) The lovely staff upgraded us to 18th Floor which we had one of the great view of Bkk . All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool was nice too . Large room and TV is huge! The hotel itself is old but they seem to maintain it well.

Excellent location and very very help staff. Room was spacious and hotel was in quiet lane despite being in a busy area. Nearest BTS was just 5 mins away by foot and 7/11 was just 2 mins away. Swimming-Pool was quite decent too.

BangladeshWe stayed for 7 nights at this hotel very comfortably and the hotel breakfast was yummy with variations. Arabic food was tasty and authentic Thai was good too. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and most importantly no noise was there on the hotel road. Clam and peaceful stay. Taxi is available in front of the hotel and hotel staff are also helpful to get that.
