Great room, awesome swim up bar and friendly staff

Everything was great. I was afraid that there would be monkeys on the premises, and only a couple came in to rummage through the trash can. But they didn't bother us; on the contrary, they added to the atmosphere

The resort is on a mangrove forest so you don't have direct beach access, this can cause it to be quite smelly on some days. The staff are generally good and helpful but might need some encouragement at times.

The resort is beautiful and relaxing. It's right near the pier as you come off the boat into Railay. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The food at the resort is generally to a high standard.

Was a bit of a hassle getting there as it is only accessible by boat. But was quite close to the pier so not far to walk once off the boat.

Nothing to not like.

Good location to pier and an easy walk to the west beach. Juicer at breakfast - loved this, meant I could make fresh juice in any combination I wanted 😍 Pool and pool bar was a great place to relax after a day out. Happy hour 2-5, so got very busy.

The bathroom tub water fall mode was not working though we didnt use...

The noisy A/C system forced us to use ear plugs to be able to sleep what is very annoying for a resting place as Railay Beach. We asked for a change of room but the other saw were in the same conditions, so we think it was just because the devices are old.

Apart from written on the things to improve everything was perfect: Good location, very helpful and kind staff, cleaned rooms and common areas, good breakfast and very helpful transfer service. All these things make us give a good score, but it would be good to improve the A/C system.

Faces the mangroves and doesn’t have great plumbing (as do all the properties along that stretch).

Location - it was on the main walkway from the jetty and easily accessible with many food options nearby. Our purpose was to be near the climbing crags and this was an ideal location.

Been here last year and came back only for the night and still remembered, staff absolutely lovely especially Free, such a kind man , must say the food has gone from ok last year to excellent this year , and the whole place has had a smarten up x will def be back next year for two weeks hopefully x Thanku so much to this beautiful hotel and staff x

Only negative is rooms well used but still decent overall

A lovely place to stay and close to the pier for taking boat trips and visiting the islands . Great access to the best beach and the village has a brilliant relaxed beach vibe . The hotel has a lovely pool and breakfast was good. We had a pool villa and found it spacious and very private. The staff always willing to help and sorted us some soft pillows and an iron. We would definitely stay again it's definitely value for money and railay is an amazing place . You will lots of monkeys at railay and lovely sun sets from the beach .

Sunbed mattresses need a brush-up, however pool area is still beautiful

Facilities are beautiful and clean, staff friendly and helpfull, food is excellent. Would really like to come back here. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and really enjoied the pool bar.

It was a bit difficult to talk to the staff as their English was challenged and I didn't know the Thai language. But few of them did know English so as to make a conversation. However, hospitality was not exactly top notch. They wouldn't follow instructions or listen to you and still do what they would do. A towel was soiled due to the trekking we did one day and at checkout we were asked to pay for it!!! Isn't towel cleaning part of room service? Our plan included breakfast and we requested an early breakfast the previous night as we were leaving early: just a sandwich and bananas. But, they did not provide anything!! These are few examples of how they can improve on hospitality.

The property is amazing!! It has a nice pool, restaurant and many other facilities. The rooms are spacious and the location of the property is aay from the hub bub of the west Railay, yet reachable from it. The bath area in the room on the backside was a pleasant surprise! All in all, the property is highly recommended. If you can live with a bit of lesser hospitality and don't mind repeating instructions, then don't let the cons I write affect you. Go for this property and you won't regret it.

Beautiful room, super comfortable bed, great pool/jacuzzis and fantastic staff - The service from every member of staff was really great. Boy at the pool bar is a legend, so helpful and nice, him and Free make excellent cocktails. Thank you so much!

We wished we could have stayed longer

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool room was lovely and so peaceful. Everything was clean and we were well provided for. The breakfast was very nice and varied too.

Some of the towels maybe are a little older and had some stains but the staff was quick to help and replace it for us.

We got a pool villa and it was bigger and better than we expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love that the hotel is also on the East side of Railay, away from the busier shops and bars. Great for couples who are looking to just disconnect from the world and unwind together.

The only slight negative was that the hotel did not have a spa for my wife, but it wasn’t really an issue as there were many places around the area.

The Rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area was great.

Assistant chef, Atee were fantastic and all staff working in dining and kitchen area. Problem with reception staff they lacking language communications.

The smell from the mangroves at the front of the hotel is a little off-putting when you are eating but you can choose to sit at the middle or back of the restaurant.

The facilities and grounds are very well looked after. The pool area and the whole resort is beautiful and green, surrounded by the gorgeous Railay rock mountains and palm trees. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of everything you need and easily located wherever you are on Railay.
