The shower never really got that warm and there were very very few English speaking channels available on the internet-room TV.

The bedroom was spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony and outside seating were very comfortable and the sea view was great. Breakfast was okay.

The view from the balcony with the sea was awesome. Gina, the owner was very friendly and the food at her italian restaurant was very good (the best real carbonara that I ate at a restaurant) and the pizza too. Also everyone from the staff was always ready to help you. Klong Muang it's a very nice beach and I really suggest to give it a chance instead of Ao Nang.

Very dark rooms without any view. The walkway from the street to the beach and the restaurant passes right in front of the hotel rooms , which makes it loud at night and gives you zero privacy. One always has to have the curtains closed so the rooms become even darker than they already are. Worst of all is that they don’t include a single photo of the dark walkway in their description so they intentionally hide this fact. There is also absolutely zero space to sit under a covered area when it rains, so one has to sit in the dark hotel rooms if that’s the case. The staff hardly speak any english and often seem uninterested. And they ran out of coconuts for days (in Thailand!), which just underlined the lack of eagerness. Also, we had written to them after we had left because we had forgotten something at the place , but never even got a reply from them.

The rooms are 20 steps away from the beach. There are lots of seating options provided at the beach (sun loungers, bean bags). Their restaurant serves very good italian food for lunch or dinner and the tables are right at the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I couldn’t book a sea view room online, and tried to upgrade when I arrived at the property, but I was told that the sea view rooms were fully booked. That was not the case, there were still rooms available, maybe the staff didn’t want to do the extra effort to clean the sea view rooms or had other reasons not to upgrade us. The problem with the non sea-facing rooms is that they are dark, have no view ( they are facing a dark alley going from the main road to the beach, and only two meters apart from the rooms on the opposite side of the alley). For privacy you end up living with the curtains closed and no natural light at all, there is no view at all, you can’t even sleep with the window open and are forced to use the air con all the time. The location is great, but do yourself a favor and book only the sea view rooms.

The property is in a wonderful location, right on the beach at Koh Kwang Beach. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with a large shower and overall it was very comfortable. Breakfast on the beach is very good.

There was nothing much to dislike. It's more of an inconvenience. The hotel is about a 20-minute car ride to Ao Nang. Being far from the crowd also meant difficulty accessing food to meet our dietary needs. In anticipation of this, we had a driver throughout our stay in Krabi. We did not notice much public transport but were told that taxis are available and can be costly. Unless you can read/speak Thai, you'll need an interpreter to order food from Grab or for the in-house menu. The room was clean and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, despite the rather old furniture and towels.

This hotel is run by a Muslim family and offers basic facilities in line with its 2-star rating. It is located right next to the beach. The staff and management were attentive to our needs, providing a personalized experience often lacking in larger hotels. The beachfront location was the main reason we chose this place. Having breakfast and dinner on the beach was a new and enjoyable experience for us. We wanted a quiet and laidback holiday, far from the touristic crowd, and that was exactly what we got

A very pleasant surprise. Beautiful luxury accommodation, cozy and modern room and bathroom. Balcony with a view of the beach and the sea. Outdoor shower for washing off the bed, safe in the room, air conditioning, excellent mattresses. My only regret is that we didn't order breakfast.

Great location, nice room big bath. Not so much view big trees and other apartments noise. The neighbor balconey very close smoke and talk loud etc. all day. No service, no breakfast, but still its on the beach

Aside from the initial room mix up...nothing it's beachfront in paradise for a very reasonable price.

Upgraded to a beachfront room I hadn't realised was an option. Initially we booked a seaview balcony room. As was the underlying theme of our holiday, the hotel had no knowledge of our booking so no such room was available. Staff were very apologetic, offered us a standard room, to which we said no, we don't mean to be difficult but we booked 9 months previous, haven't travelled in 5 years and I just want a view of the Andaman and we had paid extra for that privilege. After much discussion between themselves we got a beachfront bungalow for no extra money and it was spectacular. Literally 2 steps and you are on the sand or in the water depending on the tides. We couldn't have been happier. Had that been a listed option we would have chosen this when we booked. Klong Mueang was somewhere different for us, we usually go Raliay and Ao Nang. It's sad that covid has taken its toll on the area but if you want absolute waterfront and a few days respite to relax then get yourself a beachfront room here. It's just perfect.

There was no food at all, no restaurant or bar facilities. Bliss could include a breakfast option at least. We feel that room was overpriced & no breakfast included. Wifi was pretty bad & not working most of the 5 night stay.

We loved the location of Bliss, uncrowded beach. The room was great & right on beachfront! Staff were friendly & helpful when they were about. Very great restaurant nearby Baan Thay Lay amazing! But not part of Bliss.

If you stay it's definately worth getting a sea view room, the room we stayed in was located in a sort of dim passageway which looked out at another room and an air conditioning unit 6 feet away. Also, although it says you can pay by credit card, you can't, it's cash only. The owner had to drive us to another location a few miles away so we could make the payment at a fish restaurant, had to pay a 5% surcharge for the service.

Rooms were very well appointed and modern, cleaners came regularly. Propery backs onto a lovely beach and is close to some very good value and friendly local restaurants that perhaps have the best sunsets you'll ever see, breathtaking!! The owner of the property is super helpful and kind, he picked us up at the ferry port at short notice and when my son got stomach problems on the final day, he took the time to give us medicine.

Could have a little upgrade on the sheets and beds. Stayed in three different rooms. Each had a different quality of bedding and mattresses. Throw pillows are unnecessary. No way they can be cleaned between guests.

Great location right on the beach. Breakfast offered and inexpensive. Owners were helpful. Quite area. I would stay here again.

Excellent attentive staff. Lovely location on beach. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy. I really liked this place! Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay and for help when I needed it after a not so minor injury. Nice restaurants nearby and a perfect beach for higher tide swimming and sunsets. Thank you.

Nothing at all it was perfect.

We loved the location perfect waking up on the beach everyday which was kept beautifully swept and clean by the owner. The swing was such fun and being able to just walk out and go on any boat trip of choice was fantastic. No having to drive to locations the boats were all there ready and waiting to go. It ticked every box for us just a few strides along the beach to numerous bars and restaurants all serving great food. The room was great plenty of space gorgeous bathroom and room to sit out and watch the rain:-) which quickly passed. We loved every day we were there and highly recommend. ❤️

35 minutes from Krabi Airport by Taxi 700 Bath. Quiet beach, comfy room with all the things we need. Owner is a super friendly and helpful person. Response to all my question on time. Delicious food all in a walking distance 1 to 5 minutes. Highly recommended stay.

There are several Wi-Fi points in the hotel, so it took some time to figure out which one worked best for the room we were staying in. After that, we had no issues at all.

A beautiful room with a cozy balcony, a wonderful sea view and good breakfasts served literally on the beach, including Thai-specific dishes. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is situated in a quiet beach area with many restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel must have more than 2 starts. It’s a very clean place, the location is perfect as it’s on the first line, with beach view. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We didn’t miss anything in Bliss Resort. Krabi is more than beautiful.
