MalaysiaSeveral things that can help improve their services: 1. The water flow of the shower in the bathroom can be greatly improved. It can actually be a major turnoff for some guest - very important, and please kindly look into this. 2. Safety box in the room - There is none so far, something which is worth for the hotel management to invest. Why am I saying so? Because as a major to reach destination that invites so many foreigners to come, they wish to feel safer by putting in their passports and valuables in the safety box instead of carrying it everywhere. Hotel management must be considered this.
I think to sum up everything it is really worth the value of what I’m paying. Hotel doesn’t have a proper parking spot however guests allowed to park by the roadside and it is safe. It is also at a quiet neighbourhood. Safe is almost important for every traveller, staying in Carrara makes us feel safe. Staff was friendly & helpful. Like I said, you can hardly find a hotel with that quality in Malaysia with that kind of competitive pricing. Hatyai hospitality industry is truly10-20 years ahead of Malaysia. It is truly welcoming in all aspects which is why Malaysians are flocking there

ThailandDespite all the bad customer reviews, I took the risk and booked a three-night stay. in this hotel for its location. the hotel is clean, the king size bed rooms with pool view are very well appointed. the bedding is of excellent quality. The only criticism I can make is that the reception staff are completely incompetent. do not speak English. Check in took 20 minutes to find the reservation via the booking platform. I was the only customer. There are very few guests at this hotel, judging from the reviews. impossible to connect the smart TV to the hotel wifi network which is good. the staff (only 1 person) is totally incompetent, I had to fight for an hour to finally get there. In short, I advise against it. there is much better on Hat Yai for 2000 baths per night.

Room clean but didnt have any phone to make any call to the receptions.we must go out from the room take a lift and go to the reception to ask anything. 3. Water in the bathroom not drain so well.need to shower with stagnant water 4. No hair dryer even we ask so many times. 5. No iron in room?! to iron the cloth.you need go to the reception and bring all the cloth you want to iron and must pay every single cloth did you bring (30baht/per cloth!!?) 6. Staff will iron your cloth but very frustrating every single time we send the cloth they didnt iron properly. 7. Once we check out they will check the room first.they insist to charge us extra money because they couldn't find a hair dryer in our room. 8. Need to pay 40baht for two mineral water in the room without early information when we check in.previous hotel we go didnt charge any mineral water in the room.

Malaysia1. Expensive - not worth the money, per night charge is THB4950, from Booking.com it is states as 4 stars hotel, but in reality, it is belong to 2 stars motel category. 2. Poor facilities - the room is only having a key lock, like a toilet lock, which unable to prevent any break-in, and it is a big safety concerns. No separation between toilet and shower area, causing the washroom to always in wet and sticky conditions. Our child safety in concerns due to slippery. 3. No breakfast despite an expensive room rate. 4. Isolated neighborhood, not convenient for traveling without own transport. 5. At night, there is still noisy knocking sounds on the wall, as if it is some renovation works being done. 6. No proper security guard being employed. Seen a child being assigned to guard our car parking area. 7. Poor condition, lack of maintenance swimming pool.
