IrelandSome of the male staff could be more welcoming. The hotel only provide one chair in the room, even though the room is for 2, makes it difficult for one to stand when want to use the small table. We forgot to set the room cleaning button at 10am and the room was not cleaned the next day. Where most hotel will clean the room by default without turning on the cleaning button.
The hotel is decent, near to lrt. Amenities and toiletries provided which is good. Not too loud too as we stayed at upper floor. Overall the hotel is comfortable.

SingaporeMy room is facing the front and the road is unbearable for me. I have to sleep with ear plugs. There are not many amenities around the hotels. Need to walk a bit and catch a train for shopping etc.
The hotel and the room are new. The staff are super friendly. The location is not bad with BTS stations nearby.

United StatesThe rooms around me were very loud, but that's not the hotel staff's fault, just inconsiderate guests screaming and playing music late at night.
Staff was great and so were the provided facility, doesn't have any fitness center unfortunately. Cafe attached to the hotel was great and nice to have a coffee to start the morning.

AustraliaUnfortunately neither the hotel nor BOOKING.COM informed me that the hotel's IT had been "hacked". Before my arrival I recieved a message though the BOOKING.COM App asking me to reconfirm and re-enter my payment details. I did so, but luckily it seems my bank may have stopped the verifiaction code. I only found out when I asked asked the hotel staff after check in, and was told about the hacking and how someone had got access to the hotel's BOOKING.COM password. It was a couple of days after my check out that BOOKING.COM sent me a vaguely worded email about a "possible" problem. Sorry but its not good enough from the hotel nor BOOKING.COM
The hotel is new and clean and close to BTS station. We have stayed 3 times as it is close to where we need to be. But the price seems to be going to double in the near future

PhilippinesShampoo, conditioner and soap are low quality. Paper slippers were useless. They have a reed diffuser in the room which has a very strong scent and makes the room smell very weird. I placed mine outside the door. They do not allow a grace period for late check out. Most hotels give at least one hour free extension. They take a five hundred baht deposit and then automatically deducts the amount for your extension. Even if you extended just for one hour they will automatically deduct the minimum for 3 hours.
Hotel is very clean. Room looks very modern. They have a kettle, small refrigerator and hair dryer in the room. Big closet space. Many electric sockets. Towels, pillows and linen are good quality. Front desk staff and door men are helpful and some are conversant in English. BTS skytrain station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant at the lobby and a convenience store beside the hotel. The pool looks very inviting. Safe surroundings.
