Bangladesh1. The baby cot was horrible. 2. The commode area could use an exhaust fan. 3. The railing in the balcony needs to be at least 6 more inches higher for keeps the kids safe.

United KingdomIts not a real dislike, but the hotel could do with a curtesy bus to go up to the main road… we saw a few hotels around the area, did provide one… the staff didn’t take notice of the do not disturb sign.. which could of been embarrassing… and they knocked and walked in, even with the sign saying not too…
Cant fault the property, our room was beautiful, sea view, nice sun loungers out on the balcony.. tea and coffee supplied, small bottle of water daily.. the shower was so lovely, never a problem with the temperature.. the pool area is amazing, its clearly designed for kids, and it is worth taking the kids, so much to do, one thing that we weren’t happy was about, they blocked around £400 on our card, for damages, but it takes 14 days to be returned…

United KingdomIt is a busy hotel and there are still some communication issues in the organisation. Breakast format is changing but it needs delegation to ensure key items don't stay empty for a long time (eg juices, fruit). Egg station was very poor! Pricing of in-hotel restaurants is not correct as they were always empty. A pigeon infestation in the outside breakfast area, despite the staff shooing them away. A more aggressive solution is needed as the birds raid your table while you are away. Is this a health issue?
Refurbished rooms are nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff with rapid response to requests (eg bottle opener, extra towels). Quick check in and luggage delivery. The Water Park is a fantastic extra for young children, also many organised activities.
