I could not get the water heater to work in the shower. The cool water was not unbearable, although I prefer hot showers it limited my time.

Good location and a room with a view. The bed was comfortable with clean new sheets. They have a large selection of tv channels in different languages and there is a farmers market near by on Friday's, 5am til early afternoon.

The noise from the live music at night was so loud. It was genuinely like the band was in the next room. Our room was facing the market and there was zero chance of sleep until they finished. The music was scheduled from 8pm to midnight but it ran over until 1am one night. Quite a few ants in the room but not sure if that could be helped. Small detail, the kettle was a boiler and the water never quite boiled so tea wasn't great. The water also must have been very hard as there was a lot of scum when we made any hot drinks.

For Thailand this bed is super comfy and soft. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We loved that they did a clean every day. We loved having the markets so close by for food, souvenirs, and the Muay Thai boxing fights. It was walking distance from the old town as well so location was great. Also lots of coffee shops and local restaurants on their doorstep. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They did everything they could for us.

I loved how the staff nice they were. I came a bit early to check in and they went up with me and bring everything to prepare the room (towels, hooking up electricity, etc. ) Very spacious room and comfortable.

Fantastic location with very nice owners. It is an older hotel but clean and maintained. Great value when compared in the area. I have stayed 3 times and once for a month.

Staff mostly not present at reception and often couldn’t speak English. Cleaning staff removed toilet paper from the bathroom for some reason without leaving new rolls. Also the shower doesn’t have a curtain or anything to separate it from the rest of the bathroom which isn’t convenient.

Good location right by the night bazaar, within walking distance to nice restaurants or bars by the river, and spacious room with a balcony.

There is a one way road here where police often has a patrol. No good spot to hang our towels.

Huge room. Our room was spacious. The beds were good. When they changed the sheets it was clean. A fridge. Friendly staff. A couch in the room. For TV lovers, there is a 65inch TV in the room.

There are dust under bed.

The fact that it is near hilal street is a major plus factor to be considered. The mansion is a studio apartment turned hotel so the room is quite big. The price is affordable

Check-in was a little slow and unprofessional. Otherwise all ok.

Huuuge room with lots of light. Quite nice location away from the old town and walkable to markets and night bazaars. Comfortable bed and a nice view.

The bathroom was nice, but the shower heater wasn't working...maybe it was just a temporary problem- I didn't have time to ask about it.

It was a spacious room with comfortable bed and sofa. Everything was clean. Parking for scooter, (but not car). Lots of water available, a kettle, and glasses, (but no coffee cups).

It’s not the most stylish place, but it gets the job done. It’s close to food, spas, bazaars, markets, and cafés. I walked mostly, but Grab and tuk tuk taxis are easily available.

It’s simple and convenient for a place to sleep and shower. I walked the city or went on an excursion each day, so I really only slept and showered at the hotel. My room was cleaned each day with fresh towels being left and the bed remade. The staff remembered me from the week before and put me in the same room and I even extended a day because it was such a bargain. Good water pressure, hot water, and clean towels made for a refreshing shower after adventure all day.
