Loved the location (by the sea) and the lovely views from the pool and restaurant. Very relaxing and comfortable surroundings. Front desk very helpful with booking activities and transport.

Overall a decent stay if you manage expectations. The hotel is right on the beach with a beautiful garden and pool. But it’s showing its age. Definitely more 3 stars than 4. Rooms really need renovation and were designed in a… unique way. You can see into other rooms, and vice versa. We unintentionally witnessed some very private moments. The balcony light faces away from the balcony. You get the idea. Staff are kind but speak neither Thai nor English, which made communication interesting. Breakfast is limited. Small buffet if there are enough guests, otherwise à la carte, but with cats. Gym is tiny. Location is a bit remote but fine if you rent a scooter. Just not from them if you’re Thai – they only rent to foreigners. Not quite a resort feel, but okay for the price in low season.

Nothing It was all good. If I must say, we had no hot water in our shower on the first day, but when we notified the team they fixed it immediately.

Beautiful place. the resort is very nice and located in a perfect spot on the beach. We loved our pool Vila. Absolutely recommended.

Swimming pool could do with a renovation and the algae removed daily - pumps and filters need checking and some tiles need to be replaced before someone cuts themselves open - check in supposed to be at 14.00 we got in the room near to 16.00 which was disappointing and nothing offered in a gesture of apology...

In general staff were friendly and i enjoyed my short stay, however i think at times the staff were under pressure and maybe a little understaffed - i think the resort has huge potential if they just spent a little time to some details - the gardens and the restaurant views were lovely but not much shade around the pool which could be easily done if they cover the small huts...

The maintenance in the rooms was quite bad - our room had water damage and mold in the walls, slight moldy smell too. The location is definitely quiet but not close to almost any attraction- and with no bike you have to use a private taxi to get back to the hotel after leaving to go out for the night.

Great restaurant!!!!! Great helpful and considerate staff, too. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool and beach, with comfortable beach beds. taxi service with fair prices - however only comfortable for the way out of the hotel, not back from town.

The breakfast was underwhelming. Too many options with pork or deep fried, no seafood or fish. No fresh bread. Coffee not tasty. No view from the room, looking into another room.

Spacious room with two bath tubs, one jacuzzi bath on the balcony incl bath bomb was amazing. Nice and clean pool. Beautiful bay location. Steam sauna and yoga provided by staff was enjoyable. Easy taxi to haad rin 10min, 200 bath. Every day a surprise cookie or cake in the room. The reception is proactive offering service such as a taxi to the ferry or fullmoon party.

The bathroom smelled pretty bad, not sure if it was the drain or the water. Additionally the room did smell damp, not sure if this was the air conditioner or if there was a bigger issue (mold, leal, etc.)

The property was beautiful! The staff were so attentive and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Staff was also proactive in researching and finding answers for us.

The rooms are quite dark and smell a bit moldy. But leaving the doors open for a while helps. The whole hotel feels a bit outdated, particularly the pool and beach areas, which are in need of renovation. Even though the breakfast offered a good variety, the overall experience was somewhat unpleasant. For example, there were four coffee machines: one was broken, and another only served cold coffee. Additionally, the fruit selection was often depleted.

The location, with its direct beach access and stunning sunset views, was perfect for us. It’s just a 5-minute scooter ride to Haad Rin and another 5 minutes to the pier, yet the hotel itself remains calm and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the 12:00 check-out time was ideal for sleeping in a bit and fitting in a sporty morning routine at the gym.

2 improvement areas: 1) soundproofing: in garden-view rooms there are doors between them, which let all the sounds through: quarrels, toilet flush, moaning) 2) the hot water in the douche warms up too long, the outside one works better

Great location: nice beach, close to central restaurants/bars and to main parties. Warm and kind personnel. Good kitchen and bar. There is a good gym available 8 to 20, with nice a/c.

The main thing that I did not like was how dark the room and bathroom was. Even with all the lights on the room was on the dark side. Same with the bathroom where the sink is. Not enough light to see yourself in the mirror when I wanted to shave. I was always trying to find lights to turn on to be able to see when I was in the room. I did not go to Thailand to watch TV but when I was in the room and did turn the TV on there were about 18 channels and they were all Thai channels. Not a single English speaking channel nor any news channels like CNN or BBC etc. All the Thai channels were selling products with a few local news channels.

Very nice location if you are looking for a quiet, romantic get-a-way, Beautiful quiet beach with sunset views. If you don't want to eat all your meals at the hotel you need to rent a motorbike to go anywhere as the taxis are hard to find and expensive. The room and bathroom was very comfortable and large, great bed as well. Nice and quiet too.

The shower took 20 minutes to warm up, but it eventually does. The balcony has small chairs (I'm 1.85 m). That made sitting on the balcony not very comfortable for me.

The look and feel of this place surprised us. It was above expectations. It feels calm and luxurious and the room is absolutely gorgeous. Within a minute you're at the beach where also the pool is. The restaurant is good but nothing too special, the breakfast also good. The beds were nice and the location calms you down after party or just sightseeing.

Unfortunately the food here was not good at all, and lets this hotel down. We’ve been in Thailand for 1 month, and eaten out every day and enjoyed pretty much every meal. We are not fussy eaters either! However, the green curry we got here was was not actually edible and it had a really strange and lumpy consistency, prawns were all mushy and clearly not fresh at all and actually made me a bit ill for the next couple days. The french fries were soggy and covered in a very strange flour. Pizza soggy and covered in a tasteless cheese. It’s a shame because it’s such a nice hotel, but the food is a real let down. Try not to eat here. We chose to have breakfast included, but this was a mistake as again not very tasty, and a very basic continental spread. There is also a 20% service charge if you order room service (our room was a 45 second walk from kitchen, so be wary of this, and we didn’t realise until we checked out)

The staff here are amazing, very welcoming, very knowledgable on the local area and recommended some great things to do. The female manager in particular was great. Its is situated on the beach front which is fantastic, and the pool is awesome. They also have a small gym, and badminton which we really Enjoyed playing. AC is great, and the mosquito net around the bed is helpful for keeping you bite free at night.

Nothing really. We just weren’t fans of the dinner. Compared to the breakfast it was a bit of a let down especially for the prices.

Staff especially at the lobby were extremely helpful und nice :) pool was amazing and the view of the beach added to the charm. Breakfast was delightful! Lots to choose from and very versatile. Location was perfect for us because it wasn’t in the middle of everything aka nice and quiet but easy to reach everything.
