Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything about the hotel was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. We truly enjoyed all the facilities — the kids’ play area, the beautiful swimming pool, and the breakfast, which offered many delicious halal options. The hotel staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made our stay even more special. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Bangkok.

The kitchen isn’t very practical so couldn’t stay for too long. PLEASE…coffee MUGS! Everyone needs a proper coffee , those cups, if can call them that are pitiful.

The room was very spacious 2 bed deluxe suite on floor 18.family of 4 , children age 10 and 13. We liked the location as it was close enough to Sathorn Pier and Asiatique. The location is quieter than central Bankok. The food was excellent. Plenty of breakfast choices and the seating area is lovely on the garden as well as the restaurant area. The children really enjoyed the pool and played for hours after a day out. I would rebook this hotel. The restaurant staff were very polite and it was always clean.

We had our rooms at tower nr 6 and that the same tower restaurant is located and the ventilation was very pour We had very bad smell of cooking all the times

We got two rooms but in different towers making it more difficult to communicate. We could not be moved closer. Food in the hotel was quite expensive and portions relatively small but there are good cafes, restaurants and street food within short walking distance in the same road. No decaf coffee available at breakfast though manager said he was looking into providing this on our first visit, he had not been successful on our second visit a week later. Traffic in the Sathorn area of Bangkok is highly congested.

Swimming pool and the gym were great and the breakfasts were very good with lots of choice and variety day to day. Good free transportation to some points around the city including tourist boat service. Rooms were generously sized and beds comfortable. Drinks in fridge were complementary.

The location is a bit outside of the real center of Bangkok, but then again, Grab is cheap and the traffic jams are the key problem, not the distance

One of the nights there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through the AC vents in our rooms. It was quite strong and woke me up at around 1am. My wife sleeping in the opposite room reported the same smell on the same night.

The room and room facilities, pool area on level 4, the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff, the pool restaurant and cleanliness overall.

Lack of kitchen utensils, no dishsoap, cleaning brush/scourer in studio unit, no washing powder or clothes hanging rack despite washing machine being provided. No outdoor balcony furniture so could not use or enjoy balcony space.

Staff were excellent. Lobby was very nice place , i like the coffee club connected with the hotel lobby. I love the swimming pool area, i have very relaxation time. I tried the spa, its excellent. I got upgrade and early check in, its really very great dealing with customers.
