The breakfast buffet must have been lying for some time as some of the offerings were hard and unappetising. The rolls and bead in particular, were hard and stale.

Cannot think of anything that was an issue during my stay at this hotel.

Room: Clean and well maintained. No issues seen. Breakfast: Very good with a lot of items to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They also have an omelet station at the buffet. Hot water: No issues Air condition: Worked well and not noisy. I had forgotten my leather jacket in the wardrobe. Had called the property after about a week (Since I had travelled to a warmer place, I did had not checked / looked for my jacket till I was packing to go to a colder place. Hence, the week long delay in realizing that I had forgotten my jacket) later and they said they have it with them and I made arrangements for it to be collected. Thanks to the Hotel. Location: The location was good. Close to night food stalls and also street shopping. Safe to walk around at night.

The internet was not very strong and kept dropping off. Balcony was non-existent, only big enough to stand in.

We had a Lanna room which was a good size with a huge bed. The breakfast was good, big choice of Thai and Western, and eggs cooked to your request. Location is good, short walk to a open air food market and one of the gates into the old city to visit all the temples.

We were unfortunate to have an electrical fault which caused literally about 50 cut out and start up of the noisy aircon and lights the first night. It was "sorted" the next day when we were out . However started again the night, fixed by a man who was working in the evening, 10.30pm, but happened again many times overnight. Reported on checkout so hopefully fixed now. ( room 425) Pool steps need attention, the water looked a little cloudy, maybe suncreams if people dodnt shower before entering?

Some staff were extremely helpful but others were a bit offhand. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes downstairs.

The hotel was comfortable and in a good location for exploring the old town. The pool was good and it was nice to have breakfast included.

Location is excellent you can walk to the market's plenty of eateries close by. The kids loved the pool food was excellent a good place to stay.
