Had everything that you could need for a week long stay. Clean and organized!!

everything is the best，convenience to walk to Maya Shopping centre in 5 minutes。 many resturants aroud hotel，even michelin.

moto noisy due to by main street， need to replace the windows to double glasses

In room a little bit dark.

Location was great - I could walk to a lot of the places that i wanted to visit and the building was quiet with minimal fuss.

I've stayed here several times, it's always pleasant. The bed is comfortable, it's spacious and has everything you need. The host is kind and helpful and the location is great.

Sometimes there is construction in the building, but the host is transparent about this and when it is occuring.

Fabulous location, and nicely appointed room with comfortable furniture, plenty of lighting options and power point in all the right places. Staff lovely and helpful.

The room is very large, convenient, easy access and includes facilities and amenities for living. Plenty of water, big fridge, smart TV, WiFi etc. The owner cares about something we couldn't find in other accommodation such as ironing facilities (board, iron and cloth spray), or dishwashing kits. The owner also gives us late checkout. We are appreciated that.

The curtain is not dark enough, you still wake up from window sunlight. And you still hear cars noise from the road.

Amazing little apartment that felt like a home from home. Super clean, nice smelling and everything you need in the kitchen. Bathroom has a partition so toilet area doesn't get wet. We stayed during songkran and it was just 5 minute walk from Maya mall and crossroads where all the action was. Food supermarket in the bottom of the mall. The sectioned off kitchen also acts as sound proofing and once the door was closed we could barely hear the super loud festivities of Songkran. Made to feel very welcome and couldn't love this place more. So much character and decorated so nicely No bugs in sight not even the tiny ants we've been used to seeing at other places.

Amazing stay. Big rooms, great service. 7/11 and cheap laundry available downstairs. Fast wifi. All essential amenities provided (including conditioner, which a lot of places in SE Asia don't provide). Real shower separated from the toilet. Nothing to really complain about. Nimman is a great location as well close to lots of restaurants and cafes, the airport, and old city. By default the cleaners came once every 2 days which was perfect for me as a solo traveler working remotely, so make sure to talk to the host if you need more frequent cleaning

A very lovely room with all the amenities, even a Netflix account available. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and welcoming. It was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Very clean, great location, excellent value, staff super responsive!

The studio apartment is well designed for couples of people with a kid. it is very spacious for a single person like me. it is in a prime location with walkable distance everywhere. its also on a higher floor. plenty of bottled water already kept in the room. loads of towels and napkins. Soaps and shampoos are in in the bathroom. Ae is easy to coomunicate with on wataspp. had no issues with anything during my stay.

i think they shld have a room safe where one can put their valuables or passports. there shld be a small cooking place in the kitchen. not that food is expensive but if one is staying for a longer period i think it might help.

Ae was incredibly friendly and the room was clean and very homely. It was great to arrange the cleaning days upon check in so I knew how often the cleaning would happen, and that it didn't have to happen every day :) Perfect set up for a solo traveller :)
