This accommodation is lovely and well kept. Although it can feel a bit small for three people, it is a pleasant and really charming place. This is absolutely the perfect accommodation for a short stay in the city!

I arrived a bit earlier and planned to have a coffee in the cafe, but the cafe didn't work. It might be because it was Sunday - a day off for barista, I'm not sure. Next day all worked and I enjoyed a breakfast there. Anyway, there are plenty of options around to have a meal. So, it's not a cons really, just a note.

I came to Bangkok to watch a concert in the Artspace club and was looking for a place close to the club to stay for one night. This hotel option perfectly worked for it. It's self check-in and self check-out place. I got clear instruction by email about rules, access, wifi etc. a few hours before arrival. They have a nice cafe downstairs with breakfast options and coffee.

This is a really cute and surprising gem in Bangkok. I was impressed with all the decorations and cleanliness of the place. The neighbourhood is cute and very local. Owner was very attentive to any questions I had.

Its a bit tricky to find and the neighbourhood can be a bit scary at night.

The room was beatifully decorated. The coffee downstairs is also nice. There is a TV with netflix and a fridge.

The room size was slightly small for us.

It was very stylish and having a morning coffee at the cafe each morning was awesome. Yean helped us with check-in and served us coffee and food. She was the star of this experience. Super friendly, polite and helpful.

We had room for 3 person, quiet funny that we've got bunk bed that top bed is a big mattress for 2 persons instead of bottom one. Anyway its ok for 1 night stay. Construction next door begins at 8 am - 5 pm. Could have some chairs in the room.

It is self check-in and out so makes it harder to communicate with anyone as no reception. When we booked for 3 people on Booking.com, there was an option for a bunk bed or a double and a single. As we were travelling with my mum, we didn’t want a bunk bed so booked on the pretence there was a double and single option available. We requested this, but when we turned up, we were in the bunk bed room. When we finally got hold of the owner, she said that she doesn’t actually have any triple rooms that aren’t bunk beds. Bit disappointing as that was not made clear on Booking.com. Although the room was nicely done, it was a very tight squeeze for 3 people for 3 nights. Also after 3 nights the room hadn’t been cleaned or any toiletries replenished.

The interior design and decor is very pretty, and we had a balcony. Location is ok, pretty central, but not that many things to do on front door. It’s on a small residential street off a main road so was a bit difficult to find at first. Got taxis mostly everywhere.

Small, new, clean hotel in the quiet part of BKK, 8mi. walk from the train station. Use google maps, the streets are narrow. The staff was very nice. If you are coming in the evening, make sure you have the code to unlock the front door

Love for detail - the design was very thought through. The cafe below has a great selection of Thai teas and coffees and is very calm. There area feels quiet and safe. About 5 minutes walking you can find a busy street with great food stands and restaurants for enjoying Bangkok night life. It was like a little oasis in the Bangkok hustle. We will definitely come back ☺️

No one was there to welcome us and the bed was quite stiff on the back.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was a great size, bathroom well designed and clean, the balcony was great to sit on in the mornings. The TV has Netflix which was great to come home to (You'll need to sign in to your own account). We loved the cafe downstairs, the Thai teas and croissants were great. Some days we spent in the cafe working on laptops and it was very pleasant. The location was well suited for us, very easy to get a Grab car and go places. Very close to a busy street with restaurants, bars, and dessert shops.

There was no soap for washing hands (shampoo and shower gel is available through, also hairdryer).

The decor in the cafè and the rooms is very thoughtful. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is quiet. No car noices like everywhere else. About 10min to Hua Lamphong and therefore perfect when you traveling by train from there (e.g. the weekend Excursion Trains).

Employees and owners Take good care of me The room is very clean. The cafe below is beautiful, decorated in a traditional Chinese style. Suitable for transit or relaxing while traveling. See you again for sure next vacation 😊
