There was no air conditioning and the room was not cleaned. We had to stay another night and the towels were not changed or the bathroom was cleaned during our stay. The bed was very hard.

The rooms are extremely basic and very small, we travelled with two suitcases and had to jump over them a bit to get into bed and to the bathroom. We also had quite a big hole between our door and the floor so several times when we came back we had big cockroaches in our room. Also good to know that the outlets will test your patience so bring an adapter och tape so you can make sure your phone charges.

The hotels location is perfect about a 4 min walk to the center but fast enough so you aren’t bothered by late night music from the clubs and bars. They also have an amazing gentleman that will help you with your bags to and from the hotel down to the ferries!

Even though we booked this knowing there was no aircon, it was still quite uncomfortable to sleep at night in.

Very well priced being cheaper than most other hostels. Nice location far enough away from all the really loud parts. Nice staff on the front check in desk.

Given budget we were on, I cannot complain about what was provided.

Location was good accommodation was absolutely in line with expectations given budget. Staff were friendly and helpful (e.g arranging to meet us at ferry). Overall, I would say that accommodation was good value for money.

In terms of value for money, I didn’t feel like it was worth the amount we paid. However it was the cheapest we could find on the island! The toilet water would sometimes run brown, walls are super thin so can hear everything next door and people outside are saying. No fridge

Location was the best thing about staying here, it’s near to everything but tucked away in the quiet area. We also told them when our ferry was arriving and we were welcomed with a staff member at the pier with a trolley for our luggage which was really helpful. Aircon worked wonders too

At the end of our stay our tap/toilet/shower water turned brown and then we had no water at all.

The price just isn’t worth it but compared to others on the island it’s one of the cheaper options. We just had 2 mattresses on top of each other with no bed frame. Room was on a slant. Sadly we were woken up by other guests shouting loudly early hours of the morning.

The location was good and relatively quiet area. Very close to viewpoint. AC was cold enough. Space to hang out clothes to dry from the beach. Bathroom was a good size. Had our own balcony.

The bed / pillows were very uncomfortable- very hard and springy bed and lumpy pillow. Towels also smelt musty. There was a large gap underneath the door so the room was constantly full of mosquitos meaning we got lots of bites. The aircon was very old and noisy and you couldn’t adjust the temperature (the dial wouldn’t change it) so we were up through the night turning it on / off as we would get hot / cold as there is a sheet rather than a proper duvet cover. We asked for a blanket and were given a large towel which wasn’t the nicest to sleep with and wasn’t big enough to cover 2 people fully. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on outside the room and in the neighbouring rooms. We had several disturbances from people also staying here who were being very loud and disrespectful. Not great value for money.

The staff were friendly and responsive to requests/ messages. The location is good as it is in walking distance to everything and it is on the quieter side as it’s not right in the middle of the main area.

Can't flush toilet paper down the toilet because it blocks the pipes so you have to put the toilet paper in a bin after you wipe

The shower was cold and the bathroom had a funny smells to it. The bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for a few nights. The steps to get up to the room are not easy to get up and down. It is fairly expensive for what you get. But it is ok for a short stay. Even though it is away from the bars you can here people in the rooms or outside so definitely bring some earplugs

All the staff were lovely, room was a good size. The location is great, not noisy as far away from bars but close enough to walk. The sheets and towels can be changed on request ever 2 days which was great.

Price value wasn’t worth it for me. Room was allright, but my toilet was leaking, the fan fell from the wall and after I told the staff about it, I had to wait half an hour since the girl was on her phone, only to hear that I had to pay for it. Stayed for two nights, but they didn’t cleaned the sheets. I think for what you’re paying compared to hostels or anything, I’d expected a bit more.

Location is nice, quiet compared to the rest of Phi Phi Islands.

Did not provide shampoo/shower gel/water for the 2nd night. (We were out all day maybe that's why they did not have the opportunity but also they close the reception way too early?)
