We were allowed to have a shower after checking out and before our flight so we were able to enjoy our last day :) The location is also great, the hotel is right in front of Karon beach Clean and comfortable room

If the hotel with lift would be 10/10

The room and view were as described, with a sea view and only a 2-minute walk to the beach. There is a 7-11 store near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and free parking was available for our rental car. The hotel security was excellent; you need an access card to enter during the night.

Since the hotel is located near the one of the main roads, it is better to wear earplugs at night.

The main advantage of this hotel is that it's just next to the best part of the Karon beach. Overall a good stay for its price, thank you!

Liked everything. Maybe a pool would have been nice, but being so close to the beach made up for not having a pool.

Fantastic location, staff, and the manager made our stay an enjoyable experience. I can't thank the hotel enough. If I could have given 10 stars, then I would.

The bath! It was difficult to climb in and out because of a wide tiled shelf around it.

The sea view is not quite sea view since between the hotel and the sea is a large street and the vegetation does not allow you to actually see the water. The hotel does not have an elevator. You should remove the information regarding paypal payment, since it is confusing for customers. Moreover it is not valid, since I paid when I arrived at the hotel with the card registered on booking.

The location is great, near the beach and the main street of shops and restaurants. The room was nice decorated, with everything you needed, and very clean.

An excellent location, a very clean and well maintained room and friendly staff. After check out I left my bags and went to the beach. On return for bags, I was offered a room to shower and change.

Would be a little difficult if you have problems walking up the stairs as there are no elevator yet, but we don't mind the exercise.

The owner was very helpful and willing to help with questions we had. He also give us some great suggestions. The location is prime, we're are just across the street from Karon Beach, a one minute walk. There are many shopes and restaurants around, with 7/11 few doors down. The room and facilities are very clean and smells wonderful every time you walk in. We highly recommend this place!

The only thing was the stairs, three levels but not too bad ! The view wasn’t as good as the ocean view side but that was more cost .

Room was spacious and comfortable! Cleaned every day , fresh towels for bathroom and beach ! Location was good close to restaurants , beach ,transport and money changers!

All is well. A suggestion: The balcony could include a small drying rack, since this is a beach destination.

Very pleasent and helpful personal. Room are nice and clean, air con works very well. Hotel is in front of the beach. 7/11 market is 10 meters away. We have booked stay in the hotel for certain days but it appeared that I have to stay in the hospital one day longer and we have checked in one day later in the hotel so the first night we didnt even sleep in the hotel. We asked the hotel personnel if we could also stay one day longer because of our late check-in. The hotel personnel has asked the manager and we could stay longer with no extra costs. Thank you for the pleasant accommodation. ;)

No lift, and the aircond is not cold enough.

I just exactly how it's shown in the pic except the scenery pic. However, it has the seaview and you can see the sunset view. Feel cosy and worth for money. Beach and shops are walking g distance.
