We couldn't see how to get to the beach, we had to ask. Fortunately their app is easy to use and they answered promptly. The swimming pool was very dirty and left our costumes green and skin itchy for days. We did report it, but didn't dare use it again.

It was easy to get to the beach and the mall was right there. There were a lot of restaurants close by to choose from. The 24/7 cafe was convenient to get a coffee or late night snack.

The building is so big I had to get 2 lifts and a long walk to get to my room

In the middle of Chaweng, a step away from Central (shopping centre/restaurants) and on the main strip of chaweng. Lovely swimming pool on the rooftop

Kind of like hostel vibes but was still family’s staying so not too bad. Music is very loud in the nights so hard to sleep if you want early nights music until late

Rooms and nice and clean , beds pretty comfortable. Very good location close to everything also has free parking in central next door.

Walk way btw hotel to the shopping mall isn’t friendly to stroller at all. And the house keeper didn’t completely cleanup floor.

Excellent location close to beach and central shopping centre. Surrounded by everything you could possibly need restaurants, bars, shops etc. Very comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I know this hotel chain; two years ago, I stayed at the Cosi Hotel in Ao Nang. We thought the hotel in Chaweng Beach was great; the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were shops right on site in the center, and a night market right next to the center. The beach wasn't far either; you could easily walk there. If I vacation in Chaweng Beach again, I would book the hotel again.

There was a festival at the back of the hotel so the noise was unbearable at night. I feel this was bad timing on our part though so wasn’t all the time only a few days we were there.

It’s in a perfect location and has lots of amenities near by. The laundry facilities were great and we used them twice whilst staying here with no issues. It’s close to everything you need and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. If anything is further away you can get a grab or bike.

Love the strong water pressure in the shower, the location is very suitable for shopping, staff were very helpful. It's quite hard to find a spot for parking during the day unless you're using the parking of the shopping mall. Wish it would be more light in the room, especially at the full-length mirror. The hotel is located as a part of the shopping mall and is next to a parking lot and driveway. So you can't get enough natural daylight without opening the blinder, which is not so convenient in terms of privacy.

The room was such good value for money!! Was massive and very clean and cosy! Bed was comfy and tv had YouTube so could watch anything. Only fault would be the noise from the market till early hours and hotel was a bit tricky to find way around at first.
